Morrison is 4th biggest supermarket in the UK. It is rival to Sainsbury for the third spot.
I only recently discovered the delight of shopping in this chain store. I am happy that I have. Morrisons is similar to others in many areas, meat and fish counters, fresh bread etc, where Morrisons beats Sainsbury and Tesco is the price of frozen goods. I spent £30 on buying Pizza's ice creams, frozen veg and many other items from the freezers of Morrisons and next day went to Sainsbury to compare prices and to my delight I had saved £8.62. Which is very good on £30.
I recommend Morrison on this alone. There are many other things though, fresh fruit and veg, huge selection of grocery and other items that are sold by shops.
Morrison store is clean, and it is not crowded at all. I chose the items I wanted to buy and paid for it at the counter without delay. The car park was free and easy to get out of.
My overall impression of Morrisons is stress free shopping and savings on some products.
I have to recommend Morrisons without hesitation.
Superman returns rather quietly. It is a long time since the last time Superman thrilled his fans. In fact it is so long that some of the parents were little kids when the last time Superman came to the screen.
This time there is no Christopher Reeves and Brandon Routh takes his place. Female lead role is played by Kate Bosworth. She (Lois Lane) is not with Superman anymore. He cant understand why since he has only been away for few years.
Lois writes articles which indicate that Superman is not all that he is made out to be and this hurts him.
Most of the film is like this. Initially the life of Superman is explained than when he comes back from his home planet. Lois Lane turns on him and she also has a little child who is, well Superman will find out in the course of the film.
Bryan Singer directs the film and all the indications are that there are going to be further chapters of Superman now that Spider-Man films have run the course.
Lack of action in this film is not a problem as future episodes will have plenty of it.
Kevin Spacey is good as evil Lex.
Today I am going to make chocolate cookies. Freshly baked cookies have unbeatable taste.
8oz/226g plain flour2
1 tsp baking powder
100g packet chocolate chips
2 drops vanilla essence
In a bowl beat sugar and margarine until it is well mixed, add egg and mix it
Add sifted flour, vanilla and baking powder as well as chocolate chips. Mix it all.
Use baking tools to make 15 round flat pieces.
Bake for 10 minutes at 170°C or 338°F or Gas 3½.
You will never buy from shops again. Bake them and eat them. Exceptionally tasty cookies.
Dooyoo addiction is true.
I visit the site twice a day minimum.
I write reviews.
I read reviews.
In the past few days I have been spending 2-3 hours reading peoples reviews.
I don't expect reads in return.
I do it because I want this site to remain a community and by reading reviews written from other writers I hope they stay on the site and write some interesting stuff.
Sometime I have written more than one review. Because I felt like writing.
Can I suggest something.
Writing reviews which go on for 4-5 a4 pages bore me. I I lose interest after reading about 1000 words max.
I urge these members to write less and write quality, likewise members who only write 75 words should do more.
I am not sure what an average review should be. But I don't like extremes (too short and too long).
Addiction of Dooyoo is not understood by many people but it exists and the proof is in the pudding, sorry I mean in the number of reviews written by members every week.
Many are repeat writers week in, week out.
I suppose people like to write without identity. Although I have never read a review which stands out on issues.
Fitting climax to the Hollywood boxing franchise Rocky. It is hard to imagine that Rocky has been around for over 30 years.
Rocky Balboa is retired from boxing, he finds hard to live the life of a retired boxer since the death of Adrian.
When Rocky sees a computer simulation of him fighting the current boxing champion Rocky can't resist the temptation and steps into the ring for one final time.
The boxing match is a fitting conclusion to the career of Rocky. He fights a boxer 30 years younger than him.
This is a very good film. It is possibly second best of the six film franchise which is some going when you look at it being the last of the films.
Rocky's fight against a much younger rival maybe absurd but the way the story is handled is brilliant.
The film is like the life of many retired boxers.
Once the buzz goes in life it is hard for the boxer to get used to life in the slow lane.
In this film we see Rocky's pains in life, he is only happy in boxing ring.
This Rocky film is a classic and should be appreciated as such.
Mr Galloway is a wolf in sheeps clothing. He is a rich man with houses in more than one country. His stance on justice and socialism is a joke.
Over the years he has allied himself with terrorist organisations or regimes.
In Iraq he was licking Saddams bum, in Palestine he was doing same to Arafat. He got money from a terrorist country to run a newspaper.
In his life political life in Westminister George Galloway did everything to promote causes dear to many terrorists. He treated this country as enemy.
He ran on terrorist agenda to become MP in the parliment. He has no respect for the parliment as his record is worse for attendance.
He doesn't give a toss about this country or the democracy or the values. He is happy promoting terrorists causes.
This man has committed treason in the past and no doubt will do so again in the future.
Mr Galloway is a traitor to nation of his birth and the parliment of UK.
I think he should be exiled to Palestine or Iraq. I am sure he will find friends there.
Tesco Clubcard is a loyalty card offered to people shopping in Tesco. It was launched in 1995 by Tesco and it has helped Tesco become the biggest supermarket in the UK.
1p in the pound is given back to the shopper.
Clubcard accounts are managed by Dunnhumby, private company now majority owned by Tesco.
The card gives shopping information to Tesco, this helps it to improve stocking of goods, unlike other supermarkets you won't find Tesco shelfs empty because it knows what people bought last month and what they will buy next month.
Points are turned to vouchers four times a year. Customers can spend vouchers on special Tesco deal. This is the attraction of the card features as your voucher increases by threefold.
Some people complain about what Tesco does with the information that it gathers from every shopping transaction that is registered with the card. Tesco takes details of where you shopped, what you bought and how you paid for the transaction.
I am not complaining about the deals I have got through the card. Sometime Tesco runs special one off deals where you can add 100, 200 etc points to your account by buying a product.

Lewis Hamilton was born in Hertfordshire. In 1997 Lewis approached boss of Mclaren, Ron Dennis, and told him that he will race for him one day. Four years later Lewis got four years contract with the company. In next few years he won most of the races in junior racing.
Earlier this year Lewis Hamilton was signed up as driver for Mclaren. In the first season he has won two races and finished on podium in every race so far. Realistically this fairy tale start will end at some time.
So far Hamiltons achievements in F1 are a record. None of the great racers like Senna and Schumacher have done this and he is still learning the game.
In ten years people will be talking of Lewis as the greatest driver ever.
Hamilton is going to be one of the best drivers in the history of the sport. Compare him to Button or Coultard. He is in his first year, they have been racing for years. This year they may have inferior cars but in the past Coultard raced for Mclaren and his record is not that good.
This weekend Hamilton races in the British Grand Prix. On the first day of practice 42,000 people watched, another record. There are more flags of Hamilton than any other driver racing this weekend. Some achievement for a young lad who has so far only raced eight times.
Sports should be compulsory for all kids. Olympic Games will give impetus to this idea. Making sports compulsory is a good idea.
Most parents are too busy to check what their kids eat and some cant find to cook a healthy meal for their child. Obesity is on the rise and one way to tackle is by making sports compulsory.
Not all kids like doing sports. I have a solution for this, kids dont want to play football run cross country or do rugby should be made to walk for couple of hours a day. Couple of months of walking will make lazy kids and fat kids to do a proper sport.
As I have already mentioned I think sports is a great way to reduce fat in young people. Sports is also a good way to develop skills like character building.
Make sports compulsory this will help make Britain a healthy place.
Did we need Kill Bill Volume one. Nop, OK maybe. In my opinion maybe not because the important scenes are repeated in second film of the same name as the first film.
In Volume 1 the bride failed to kill bill. Will she succeed here I hope so because I don't want to see kill bill volume three. It will be like Rocky films. Besides people will stop watching Tarantino films altogether.
In this film The Bride played by Uma Thurman is still on the trail of her former gang members. She kills few in last film but here she is supposed to finish the job.
When I watched this film I got the feeling I had seen it all before.
See Kill Bill left the story unfinished.
Watch this film to see the ending to the story which was thought out by Tarantino and brought to the cinema screens through his clever tricks and slow and dead pan shots and the film is all about Tarantino's skill as a film maker. It should not be missed because of this.
Football season is with us again shortly. Football is in such demand that it is difficult to know when the season ends and when it begins.
One famous ex Arsenal striker gave an interview on TV other day one of the things which he said was that for seven weeks in the summer he used to sit in the bar and it took 4 weeks for him to get in shape. Players playing now don't do this sort of thing.
Football has become business, rich men from abroad are using English leagues for tax and in return clubs are given open cheque to buy the best. Players wages and agents fees are going up every year. Fans have to pay much more to attend games or pay Sky to watch live games.
There is no other game in the world which has big following like soccer.
It is the only game that matters. Everyday there is a game on the telly. You don't have to leave your home to watch a game.
This year the big three of four, Man Utd, Chelsea and Liverpool will see success in cups and league. Arsenal will struggle, Henry is gone, Wenger will also go.
I think this year North London club Spurs will do well too.

As the anniversary of July London bombing approaches I in my little world tried to understand why it happened. Two weeks ago I bought a book called
Future Jihad: Terrorist Strategies against the West (£9.49 from Amazon).
It is written by Walid Phares (more information at http://www.walidphares.com/) . This man is one of few learned people in the world who can read the minds of the terrorists. This is why I recommend this book because it explains why terrorists attack in the way they do and the future strategies adopted to combat against the west in the name of Islam.
In the book Mr Phares writes on how to win over the so called Jihadis, what America has to do to combat Islamic terrorism and how long the war will last?
The book is divided into chapters and the style it is written is easy to read. Some of the things predicted by this man have already happened and some will happen in the future. He talks about various Islamic factions and gives inside information about Salafist, one of the most destructive cults in Islam. Most of the terror in the world is caused by members of this movement; Bin Laden is one of the members.
Read the book to understand why London is target of Islamists almost every year and why they are doing it.
Why do people laugh at others embarrassments? I dont know, it must be natural. Because laughing at an embarrassing moment is not confined to any age. Everybody laughs at it.
First of all I will reveal my embarrassing moments.
A new shop opened around the corner, the glass was so clean that I couldnt see it. I walked into the door, there was no crack in the door but my nose was bleeding very badly. Shop keeper came out and helped but he couldnt stop grinning even though I was in pain. Funny thing is I didnt mind because it was a funny moment despite my misfortune.
Some time ago. I was at the swimming pool walking towards the patch of the pool where I was going to swim. Suddenly I slipped from the edge and into the water. I heard couple of people laugh out loud; most were occupied with their own things so it wasnt that bad.
Other peoples embarrassing moments.
I was walking in town with couple of friends. One of the girls was only wearing a shirt. We were in a place where there was no shelter, suddenly out of blue summer shower got us, we all got drenched, kept on walking despite this and it was all fine except, except one of the girl got extra attention from people walking past. Half an hour later we realised she was wearing a white shirt and no bra, the shirt was very wet and imagine the rest!
This concludes my embarrassing moments.
