Having two young children we thought it would be a great addition to the first aid box and has been given the trophy of being called our "magic spray". We purchased our second bottle of this about a year ago now for all those cuts and grazes for the children and ourselves.
Savlon promote good family first aid and have a whole range of different products. The antiseptic wound wash comes in a 100 ml pump spray bottle which is blue and transparent so you know when your running low, handy isn't it? The inner tube which the liquid travels up, goes right to the bottom of the bottle so you can get every last drop out and there is no waste. It also has a transparent pink cap and the liquid inside is clear with a slightly slippery consistency, it also has mild citrusy odour. Savlon advertise their logo and all relevant text supporting this product on the bottle.
On the front of the bottle it's advantages and uses for this spray these are:
1. Ready to use spray
2. Cleanses wounds
3. For cuts, grazes and minor abrasions
4. For insect bites and stings
So it's really easy to use literally just spray the affected area and leave the liquid it usually makes a few bubbles and any dirt will come off the wound with an extra spray and then wipe the excess from underneath so theres no need to touch and risk infection as its formula kills bacteria (percentage isn't stated) but we haven't experienced any infections over the period nearly three years of buying this product.
As a adult I have used this quite a number of times every now and then I will end up with a cut or a scrape but since having pets I found this particularly helpful, our rescue dog Jack loves long walks and living where I do (Wales) there's plenty of countryside to explore and I often come home with scratches from bushes and trees. I have a playful kitten and know how they can carry bacteria so I always spray any scrams with this rather than washing with soap it doesn't hurt ( big baby springs to mind ) I also put a used fishing hook through my finger about three months ago (ouch) sprayed the Savlon on it, it worked brilliantly the pierced skin healed cleanly and quickly. As a parent I can't praise this product enough, my five year old girl is a little adventurer and loves exploring the outdoors and hunting for mini beasts but quite often she ends up stinging herself on the plants, falls on rocks when climbing, get's splinters, scratches her knees and elbows, the list goes on but when she does she always asks for the magic spray. She says it helps to stop it hurting as much and makes her feel better, what more could could you ask for? Salvon say that it works on stings and bites, I have used it for bites from those little natty flies you get on warm summer afternoons after I got attacked unknowingly on the back of my neck whilst gardening and it soothed the itch dramatically.
One bottle of this will last for somewhere around a year or so for my family of four. It's probably used once a week if not more, it's shelf life is 18 months and it should be stored under twenty five degrees. Savlon antiseptic wound wash helps me feel reassured that any wounds are clean, uninfected and I will always have a bottle of this "magic spray" in my cupboard. Before I had this I always used Sudocrem for skin abrasions but this doesn't make a mess, you don't have to touch the wound, is quick, small enough to take anywhere and lasts for a long time. The main reason why my children love this is because it doesn't sting on a fresh open wound its kind to their gentle skin a simple sprizt and it's done and it smells nice ( mild - citrus ).
As you can probably guess I would recommend this to anyone who has children and also recommend it to adults it's versatility is great and it's worth every penny for how long it lasts (just under £2 last time I bought mine) I only really stumbled across the spray and really wanted to review this to inform others how useful it is. Its kept our wounds clean it works wonderfully for kids. which is why I give Savlon 5/5 stars. Definitely worth a try.
Savlon also have a great Website that's full of all there other products and family first aid advice.

A product parent's will love
Children go hand in hand with spillage's, crumbs, and all sorts of little mess's every day. So this was my reasoning behind purchasing this wet n dry hand vacuum. I was really fed up of having to haul the big, bad, Hoover out for little crumby bits and putting it away after a 10 second blitz seemed like another ordeal in itself. I really underestimated the beauty of this precious little helper and believe every home would find a use for a product like it.
Why every man should have one
This loves to clean up all of a man's unwanted bodily nasties so next time you have a shave and the stubble falls on the floor, the the toe nails are in the bedroom, you come in so wasted your aim was too far to the left or worse case you fall asleep and wet the bed. Don't leave it for your better half (though if you do any of the above I'm surprised you have one) Reach for this sucking machine and clean up, this could save your relationships, dignity and most importantly a man's pride. Oh and it is useful in the workshop too. Sawdust plastic debris extra.
Black & Decker are usually for me associated with power tools. So it was a bit different for me to purchase this brand. The box in which it was housed had lots of advertising and looked quite drawing to my eye and the picture of the vacuum looked attractive enough clear colours and a smooth appearance. Opening the box and out it came the vacuum, tools charger, and wall mount as well as instructions. For the first time use I had to charge it for 16hrs prior to use and it wasn't bad on electric.
I can honestly tell you this has no problems sucking up a half eaten packet of wosits off carpet as I have done this one or two times. Some of my favorite dry uses for the hand held is peas under the kitchen table, sock fluff on the stairs, crumbs in the sofa crevices, glitter sprinkles, the car, the list goes on and on. It's especially handy when you drop things you need (my daughter love beads ) as long as the capsule is clean you can clean stuff up detach the capsule and pour out the contents out usually for me some crafting materials. The wet n dry can has a dust bowel that can hold 700ml of you're unwanted little dirties and makes easy work of cleaning up small unwanted disarrays. I haven't noticed any problems with the dry capability of this hand held it cleans up anything within reason i.e. crumbs, flakes, dust and debris. there's plenty of power under the button it works effectively.
So you just knocked over your cupa tea, glass of wine and there is a puddle on on the floor. Out comes the hand held and it sucks up almost every last drop of liquid. What it isn't capable of is removing the wet feeling. So if your'e puddle is on carpet it will leave a damp patch or hard floor will still have a wet feel. This isn't an issue for me because I only really use it for the bulk of a spill, even if it did remove all the liquid I would still wipe over the floor to prevent it being sticky. I do find it useful in the bathroom after the kids have taken the contents out of the bath and put it on the floor. Other than these I don't use it for wet things that much. It does work and will hold 284ml of fluid which is a cup of tea give or take a bit. I will add if you have a stodgy liquid combined with bits the vac it takes a bit longer to clean out.
The extras and ease of use
Along with the vac comes a wall mountable holder, a crevice tool, a two speed settings and a power boost button. The hand held vac is easy to use one push of a button and its on. It's such a shame it doesn't come with a person with an OCD (obsessive cleaning disorder) I'd be loving that. I won't waffle about the extra's their names explain themselves they are easy to use and work perfectly. This product weighs 2kg and is a breeze compared to lugging my big Hoover around. The collection bowl is easy to clean but steer away from collecting sticky substances it can be a bit more awkward. All you have to do is unclamp the coloured plastic container shake, swill, and drain dry. the handle is comfortable and has a soft plastic coat and the vacuum shape works well for the product.
Run time and charge
As I said earlier it takes 16hrs for a first time charge then 8hrs normally just plug in the charger into the back and wait. A average run time last about 10 minutes which is plenty for quick clean up.
great product time saving and easy to use a must for every home 5/5 and men with hygiene issues. I would recommend it again and again. I bought mine for £9 when a local store closed down but still worth paying the usual of £15 - £20.

I bought this alarm clock because every morning I would wake up with the assistance of one of my children pushing a plastic toy into my face, or pulling at my arm like I'm some sort of Christmas cracker. So if the plastic toy abuse wasn't enough my then almost four year old realised that if she asked for a packet of crisp when I was asleep I usually answer yes and I know crisp for breakfast is nutritional and Super Nanny Jo Frost would scowel in horror but, yes means yes just like no means. So I went to Asda and purchased the smart price alarm/radio clock.
It comes in a very unsightly green and white box sporting that infamous font with all the extras missing (i.e no frills attached) typical of the Asda smart price range .I open the box and in all fairness I marvelled at this one. For less than £4 it looked half decent. Also in the box was instruction manual the attached lead and plug.
The quality and build
For a cheap product they've done pretty well. OK its not exactly up there with the best of it's time (no pun intended) but I have seen worse. The plastic casing is black with a slight grey speckle its tough enough to handle multiple falls from my bedside table on to wooden flooring. The lead is thin and flimsy and the plug is one of those huge ugly ones you usually get with the Christmas tree lights (why am i using Christmas references so much?, must be on my mind only 15 weeks ) the front display screen is a clear plastic and although they may have saved some pennies, it is solid enough.
The display and functions
This is a radio/alarm clock so its self explanatory isn't it? You can chose to have your alarm on four different setting these are alarm, radio, clock and off.
The clock has a bright red led display easily adjustable by holding one button and presetting with another is very basic but effective.
The radio both am/FM are unbelievably the biggest pile of poo I have come across in a long time. To select a station use the manual tuner and display screen this is easy enough to operate. Finding a station that works is another matter it's like hunting for a polar bear in the Sharia (uneducated ? answer is desert). The minute you step away it turns into the noisiest bit of nothing I've ever heard. I can't walk around my bedroom as it interferes with the signal it's tedious to set and is unsociable. Although if you lie down and pose still, then you'd be fine.
The alarm function works brilliant for me. Setting the time is easily by holding one button and presetting. The alarm is a constant beeping noise, I hear this fine and have had no problems where as my partner a hibernating bear won't hear it. I actually left this alarm beeping for twenty minutes to see if he would eventually wake up and I was sick of the noise and turned it of myself (he was conscious and no he wasn't highly intoxicated with anything other lots of human gas). Hence the review headline this "could cost you your job" if like my man you sleep like a hibernating mammal then you will problery be late three times a week. Well hey, look on the bright side you could proberly sue Asda and claim your lost earnings God what a wondrous world we live in.
Its cheap and doesn't look that bad it's a good alarm but not for heavy sleepers. Has a pathetic radio but tells the time. It served its purpose for me but I would not recommend it or buy it again if i had to. I give it a 2/5 stars its a clock that beeps and not alot else. Buy a cockerel instead at lest that will annoy those neighbours you don't love as much.
Last year I sent my man to buy me a iron, my instructions were : don't buy the cheapest one !(our previous one was suppose to be a bargain, but was more of a let down) so an hour or so later on his return, I had a rather pleasant surprise when he gave me this Russell Hobbs steam glide iron. Ok, I was actually really proud, being a "typical" man I was actually expecting him to make bring home a travel iron or some £5 value iron that replicated a toy . Oh just to let you all know I do buy value range, I'm not a snobby cow but my ironing is appalling and I need all the help I can get.
Features and settings
So a good first impression and for once I couldn't wait to do some ironing and try it out. The general appearance is just above average with white plastic, a moulded rubber handle and a splash of colour here and there depending on which colour one you purchase. I had a quick read on the box of all the good stuff this iron supposedly could do. I Ripped open the box then plugged it in to attack my leaning tower of ironing. My first challenge was filling it with water, the kind people at Russell Hobbs included a little, plastic, spouted, beaker so this wasn't a hard task at all, flick down the cover on the upper nose part of the iron and away you go. The good news is the iron takes a decent amount of water so no continual refilling is required.
Holding the iron is pretty comfortable with it's extra dimpled rubber handle its a pleasant enough, the express steam and water button are just infront of the main part of the handle making them easy to access. Now the water button works superbly but the steam button only gives you a really good burst of steam if the iron is over half way on the temperature gauge/settings which does annoy me a bit but its probably to ensure any sensitive garments wont get damage on the lower setting.
The buttons do seem firm to press but hey, its better than cheap plastic rattling around in it's casing like a stick in a top hat. It may feel a bit heavy when it's full to the max water level for some user's who find lifting such things constantly hard work.
The plate triangle claims to be non stick. I haven't had anything try to stick to it and I've done all sorts of odd things made from a lot of different materials. It seems to be that the people at Russell Hobbs are full of truthful words. (makes a change from most). The plate is hot almost instantly and works effectively, I don't have a problem removing creases from any garments. The plate is really smooth to rub over all materials and makes easy work of a tedious job. The point is also nicely curved at the tip. This iron has really been designed to be friendly to our clothes.
The other advantage of this iron is it's non drip, and yes it is a drip free iron. There's no wet socks or puddles on the floor neither is there a big wet circle on that top you just ironed to put on immediately which I am a big fan of.
It also claims to self clean too, quite how I would know this I'm unsure I don't want to take screw driver to my lovely iron to have a look, so I will trust them on that one . Oh saying that, I have noticed if you don't use it, it does gather dust.
Vertical steam. Now this lets you iron things whilst there hanging up, It sounds like a fantastic idea to me and I like to use it on my curtains if they need it but I wouldn't use it for a t-shirt or similar. It would take a while to get a reasonabley creased garment crease free, excluding silk, voile, etc. The vertical steam is great for these types of clothes.
You can adjust two different parts of the iron relevant to what you need. There is a turnable circle on the main body of the iron beneath the handle . There is a start position, a setting with one dot, two dots and three dots with a steam cloud above. You can set the heat anywhere inbetween all the main dots and it's easy, practical and works well.
The other setting is on the iron nose and is a gliding switch that allows you to switch between having 3 stars steam, 2 stars steam, iron normally, or no steam.
The cord and plug
The plug is what it is and takes a 13amp fuse. The cord is well insulated and is approximately 2 meters in length.
I have had this for about a year now. Its done my partner proud of his purchase of £25 from Wilkinson's. I am really happy with it, its a good iron and I use it almost daily. I haven't had any problems and see no disadvantages of this iron compared to any other simular matched product that would make me not want to recommend it. It's a good iron but lets face it, it's one appliance a man is never going to be excited about and how ever good it is they won't want to try. I give Russell Hobbs 10/10 value for money and does the job well.

Might just be on its way out!. Four years ago i had this fridge freezer given to me. My great uncle past away and I'm certain he had, had it for somewhere around a year before that.
So why am reviewing this now ?
Its starting to break to get straight to the point ! I don't know the average life span of a fridge freezer because I've only ever had this one, before that I had two separates which are still working now .
so what's my opinion ?
It looks nice as far as white goods are concerned. It doesn't look cheap (which it wasn't at around £390) the freezer is on the bottom and fridge on top both of which are spacious and hold enough food for our family of four With its 250 litre capacity and A grade efficiency level.
The fridge has lots of space and compartments for different types of food. Inside the fridge there is plenty of room for your "five a day" to stay fresh in the two veg baskets at the bottom. Three shelves which are height adjustable inside (always handy). Its very strong and durable. The inside of the fridge has a light with an adjustable temperature wheel and all the removable shelves are plastic edged, frosted glass. Its really easy to clean and works really well keeping everything nice and cool. There's no shortage of storage on the door either, two door shelves which are also adjustable, one can hold two 6 pint milk cartons and still have room for a squash size bottle. The upper rack shelf can hold numerous can, jars, or sauces without a problem. Then above them there is an egg compartment and separate lidded shelf all of which can hold items easily. I love the fridge on this Bosch product.
The freezer has three drawers. The two top drawers are the same size and shape and can be completely removed easily, these are slightly bigger to my eye. The bottom base draw is a slightly different shape and can sometimes be difficult to pull out and push back in. Now the plastic they are made from is strong and mine are still all intact, but over the last 2 months the freezer has been frosting up quite badly and when this happens I have to be pretty quick to sort it out because, if the front of the drawers frost then the seal on the door seems to loose it's suction at the top left hand corner and then causes further frosting. A bit annoying to be honest, because I actually love everything else about this fridge freezer. So I'm currently looking for a way in which this problem could be resolved I hope its just the door seal. I love everything else about this one combined product. I wouldn't rule it out ! I will be sad to see it go if it does break. Although I'll be saving for a new one just incase I have seen this work for 5 years and is a good size family fridge freezer. This is why I am rating this Bosh product as 8/10. With the advice that you take out some sort of cover for faults its none the less a really good product.
Ok, so I've been fishing for pleasure for some years now and about year ago I purchased this reel .
The main reason I picked up this one against most others was the price. I paid just over £10 for it which I thought was a very reasonable price for a well known fishing brand reel. I don't like to spend much on equipment and I don't always think that the cost of something necessarily means you get a better product.
So what do Shakespeare say about this reel ?
Counter balanced handle. Free spool system. 2 x Ball Bearings. 2 x Graphite spools. Graphite body.
From the start it easily attached to my rod. Felt nice to hold . The build quality is surprisingly better than you would expect for a reel of this price. It's durable, strong, sturdy, and light weight. The handle is comfortable and can be adjusted to either side of the rod (for left or right handed users). I think it looks attractive and very sleek.
So what about the action ?
Shakespeare have done a good job, the motion is smooth and feels very natural. The drag action could be slightly better if it had a few less clicks but none the less still good. Included with the reel is an extra spool which is a bonus and is always handy to have for different reasons. I don't suggest that you use the line that it is loaded with, the quality is poor and it was badly put on (but I might of been unlucky who knows?). The reel is well balanced looks fantastic and does the job. Its well presented and packaged in the box.
I am happy with my purchase and would recommend this for any beginner or someone who doesn't want to spend lots of money on their equipment, but still wants a quality product.
This is why I rate this reel as a 9/10
Get ready for some adventurous journeys with Indy and the world of Lego. Build and battle through all four of the Indiana films and embark on a voyage just like a real explorer like Doctor Jones himself. Its humorous, problem solving, action packed and will entertain all ages!
So Xbox have brought us Indiana Jones 2. Its 1-2 player game that can connect to Xbox live and is suitable for age 7+(www.pegi.info) retails at about £20 but you can get some better deals if you bargain hunt.
The game objective is to collect lots of coins (by destruction and constructions), to buy extras and follow Indy's journey through the map completing lots of little missions on each separate section. These are usually accompanied by one final larger mission at the end of each section. The game has lots of rewards to collect along the way which gains you bonus features.
The game includes lots of the characters from the film which you switch between to complete tasks (certain characters have special features and tools) The game also includes lots of new transport modes and new characters that aren't present in the 1st Lego Indiana Jones. It has an extra self build section where you can make your own levels and add all the entertaining extras which will amuse you for hours after you completed the game (which will also take a long time) .
The Lego characters themselves are great, they resemble the films characters very well without any affect on still being the little Lego men we all played with as children. The game is very user friendly and easy to get the hang of and although there is a small amount of reading to be done they usually show what you need to do in pictures so the kids aren't confused which is great.
Brilliant fun for Indy fans of any age. My five year old loves this game,I play it regularly with her and we both giggle about it. Although there is a little violence its all done in good humor and I think the rating of 7+ is a bit OTT... its only Lego. It's problem solving and gets your mind working, addictive and leaves you wanting to do lots more once you start. Whip your way through this adventure and enjoy the quirky humor throughout.
I would suggest this as a great family game and you get lots of game for your money. This is why I rate this as 10/10 for a family game.
Benefit always bring us the best but is this mascara the best or just bad?
Well I've just finished my first bottle. I have had a number of benefits products in the past and on the whole think that they are normaly very good.
The product design
It looks very city and i always love benefits choice of labeling and how their products look and this mascara is no exception. What to say about the actual product, The brush has loads of bristles and is thin at the tip and wide at the base. The liquid is thick and full. The colour of mine is black (you can get it in brown and blue) It comes in a neat little box with the same design as the mascara tube.
Bad gal mascara should be applied slowly and carefully and if you want really thick lashes, two coats is probably the best idea starting right at the base of your lashes to help stop the clumping and be sure to let it dry i don't think its the mascara itself. My opinion is is the brush (it doesn't go on the brush very well). It is very good but you really can't apply a quick coat it will clump.
Comparing it to your average £7 mascara i don't think i would buy it again the extra £10 pounds is better in my pocket if I'm really honest. Which is a shock because benefits tools are usually the best.
After saying this though i do like it because when you take the time to apply it looks hot. Its probably a mascara for the evening, party, or night out. Not for a natural look. .I would recommend for someone who wants a extra glamorus look if you like to take your time, the results are brill especially for a smoky eye look its great. Best kept for special occasions i think if your going to pay the extra pounds. Not for me I'm afraid. This is why i gave it a 3/5 stars.
a sweet and floral fragrance
10 years ago i purchased my first ever bottle of this perfume and i have had a bottle nearly every year since. This is how much i liked it .It comes in a pretty bottle and looks very chic. Recently though my thoughts about how much i like the perfume have changed from loving it so much to thinking its ok. I know the perfume smells the same so i have been trying to work out why i dont love it as much. My concluesion is its a very young girls perfume.
I don't feel that its at all sexy or intresting its sweet, happy and pure. Its not light and airy nor heavy and sufficating. I think it suits teenage girls and women in their early twenty's its natural with a hint of chic.
I do have to say it still is a lovely perfume and is great value for money you can pick up 50ml bottle for about £25 which i think is great and they come in some nice gift sets too.
when i wore this perfume i had lots of people ask what it was and told me they really liked it. A few even got it for themselves. So to sum up kenzo's flower perfume its young, happy sweet, and floral. I would reccomend it to a friend because i have loved it for so long.
We open the box to find a lot of pieces, some rubbish instructions and two characters (woody and big baby). So i'm looking at the pieces thinking how long is it going to be untill one of them breaks. So what happened next? Was it worth the price i paid? I put the instructions to one side, took a deep breath and copied how the set should be put together by looking at the back of the box it was packaged in. It did take a good 5 to 10 minutes initially which was a bit tedious.
So the idea of the toy is to simulate the escape from sunnyside nursery which they have done well. The toy has a chain reaction, basically when the first part of the toy is activated it sets the next part off. Its a very clever idea and both my three and five year old love watching it.
First you press the starting link which flips out a basket from the storage shelf to reveal a character (who ever you put inside) this then hits the next link which zooms your next choosen character down a zip line swing, over the hop scotch squares and the swing falls off at the end of the zip line hitting the next link which is a slide. You have another charater of your choice at the top of the slide waiting to fall as the zip line hits. All of this is over in less than 10 seconds.
After two or three goes of putting the set together my five year old daughter can now do it herself in two minutes. None of the pieces have broke yet and its been played with by both of my children everyday for the past two weeks. The smaller part of the zip line does have a tendancy to fly off under the sofa but is fine as long as you dont loose it. I would advise an additional purchase of a figure pack as the set only includes big baby and woody. The initial feeling and thoughts I had about this toy have subsided slightly as both my boy and girl love playing with this set especially since we purchased the action link junkyard escape and they link together for a longer chain reaction. I'm just waiting for a part to break.
I have seen this set for £25 online and I wouldn't pay that much. I paid under £10 for this from home bargains 2 weeks ago which I am happy with . Its definitely developing my childrens fine motor skills and hand eye co-ordination with all the small parts to piece together so thats an added bonus. They do love the action links and I will be purchasing another set at some point in the future because the kids love it so much.
Its seriously strong, wonderfully colourful, lots of noise, brilliant stimulation, and more fun than i thought.
There must be a reason why 2 years after purchasing our zebra my son still enjoys bouncing and spinning now. We paid £39.99 for this two christmas's ago .Our little girl who is five also enjoys playing along side spinning him round and even bouncing on it herself . The zebra really stimulates their imaginations i think this zebra has been used more than any of the other toys as our son outgrew his other toys that he had when he was 9 months old but this one is still out and being played with on a regular basis. The great thing i love about the zebra is that it still looks like brand new, its so tough and the colour hasn't faded. Its helped our little one development tremendously.
Primarly when it was first opened he used it as a standing aid and now he bounces on it like its a wild bucking bronco .wow, wow, wow. A wonderful gift I wish i had purchased one for my daughter when she was younger.10/10.
The important bits you'll want to know
Its easy to put together only takes one person.Requires batteries for the music but they'll last ages. It has a really sturdy wide base which is good on carpet tends to slide a little on wooden floor its ok perhaps a rug would be best for saftey. Its suprisinly light to move around. Its well packaged and very durable. You will have to support younger babies on this untill they can hold on or balance themselves but they dont learn untill you give them the opportunity, right? it ticks all the right boxes for your childs development of corodination, sound and songs balance etc
I think its the best £40 toy wev'e bought. should be called bounce, spin and smile .
Zumba xbox 360 game
Join the party. What a brilliant game this is. After attending zumba classes for about 3 months i really wanted more, but its difficult to fit excercise classes around children and this seemed like a good idea, ohh i was right. Its worth every penny. A one of kind workout
This game was a great introduction to zumba for me and i'm sure i will be playing it for a long time yet. Ok so what does It offer? step by step guides to all the basic moves and step by step instuctions for the dances .Ok so your more experience don't worry. Zumba has alot to offer you too. There are lots of high energy extreme partys and routines and yes they are hard and will be a challenge i'm sure.
I love the unlockable challenges, this game offers you something to work for. It has a personal workout calender so you can keep track of your exercise routines and there are lots of gamer score challenges to be had. Its colourful, exciting, and fun which is important to me.
How does the game actually work?
Using the k-nect sensor you do your workout infront of you t.v. Imitate the man/woman instructor on the screen when they move, you move. If you get it right then its a bit like thermal imaging they go green, doing ok? your instructor heats orange and not so good then they'll be red. The aim of the game just like a zumba class is definatley to have fun but you do score more points in the green zones. See if you have what it takes to be rated as a "zumba instructor".The game has lots of extras and you wont be bored and really workout and have fun .I will add that the sensor detection can be a bit off sometimes and will fustrate the perfectionist but i'm sure xbox will do updates online for this.
My personal thoughts are that zumba classes are good because lots of instructors put there own dances to more well known music, the game doesn't offer this instead they kept it to latin inspired sounds . Zumba has lots of different inpiration i.e salsa , hip hop, latin .which is why i enjoy it so much this xbox game brings lots of fun for all ages and after 20minutes i've worked up a sweat. i would really advise anyone to give this game a go, its really easy to use and so much fun. Retailing at about £26 its a bargain bit of fun.
CLINIQUE HAPPY HEART
Every time my mum goes abroad she buys my sisters and myself back a bottle of perfume. It's become a bit of a tradition. Plus taking advantage of the duty free's saving a few pennies it seems like a good excuse to spoil yourself. A couple of years ago I had this one. I'd never seen it but, I certainly had a pleasant surprise and yes it did make me "happy".

Not wanting to waffle on describing the box and bottle sure is simple because, I can't. It's simple packaging and plain bottle is easy to use, works, but by no means lacks style or femininity. I think Clinique have gone for the "less is more" approach on this product and I am a fan. After all the proof is in the pudding, not the plate its served on. A pinkish box labeled well with a clear bottle and a pinky, gold cap.
Notes and fragrance
Top notes are mandarin orange, cassia and cucumber
Middle notes are carrot and water hyacinth
Base notes are sandalwood and white woods.
The above information might prove very useful to some, but if I'm perfectly honest it's like reading a car manual to me (makes no sense, there's not much point, and even if I do read it I'm still none the wiser!)so if your like me and prefer a description this is what I think. On the instant spray its quite clean and fruity. Like most perfumes a little alcohol seeps through. It's instant freshness is invigorating and the pleasant aroma gives a good feeling of ready ness. Now when the initial fresh scent subsides, a more warm and flirty scent is apparent I think this is where the floral notes are coming through. I love this, it's light, fresh, clean, with a slightly deeper aroma of warmth (the woody notes). This is why I just can't get enough of this perfume its light, happy smell is fresh and young with a sexy twist. I must say what a perfect name for this perfect perfume "happy heart" its spot on!
When to wear it?
I think this is a good general perfume, perfect for normal everyday activities, work, office, home I'd be happy to wear it on a special occasion i.e. a date night out (not that I know what they are since having two children) but maybe some women would prefer a deeper, heavier, more sensual scent in the evening.
I think a very reasonable £25 for 50 ml is not to much to ask for a scent, it is cheap as far as Clinique perfumes are usually concerned. I have noticed it doesn't last that long or perhaps I loved it a bit too much! I used it every day for about four months.
Like I said in the summary, it won't cure PMS but it will make you smile I recommend Happy Heart perfume to a woman in her 20's up to any young hearted 40 something's. It's a perfect treat. A light clean, and flirty fragrance. 10/10 Clinque 10/10.
You do the math and it seems logical .
You go through the pain its physhcoligical. Wow, the result is worth it.
BRAUN SILK EPIL XELLE SOLO
Its pretty and looks fresh . Its got a handy little light thats proven a big help to me. It plucks hair really good when they're a couple of mm long just like waxing. It comes with a handy little bag two attachments two viarable speed settings and a cleaning brush a main adaptor and all for around £48 but is it worth it?
I used to shave my legs , i had this for christmas . The first time i used it went back in the bag five minutes later with half a leg done. I sat on the chair wth a watery eye and feeling disapointed . My leg had red bumps and it hurt.
Then about 3 months ago i gave it another try and perserved. Yes it still hurt it, gave me a little rash but i could see some results the more you use it the better it gets now my legs are silky. I have never felt them so from good shaving and there is no danger of cuts and the rash stopped after the 2nd go. The best comparison is its like plucking your eyebrows you eventually numb to to pain. i really advise its not for someone who is afaid of a little pain but this product has a thumbs up from me .my personal advice is exfoiliate and a hot bath before hand. The booklet and guide sugest that it should tke about 15 seconds to do one lenght up your leg i don't think that is really slow enough i also have to repeat the same place twice.
It proberly sounds like alot of work and to be honest it is. MY legs weren't super smooth after the first proper try it took about a week and 4 attemps to get the smooth effect. So its not a quick result like waxing or shaving but its really worth it when you get the end result. GOOD LUCK LADIES
Is the pain and noise it can get irriating after a few minutes and hair does have to be a couple of mm long
No need for new blades or batteries, silky smooth finish and product comes with lots of extras
Well this sweet little set was a birthday present at the start of the year. Even though, it's so damn good I want to keep this secret to myself, I'll let you ladies and men alike in on this unknown treasure!
The set itself
I will try not to bor you there's a pretty good product picture above. The box it's self comes in a protective sleeve case. The actual set has a lift up flap with a concealed, hidden, magnetic strip to keep it closed securely. When you lift the flap open, your presented with a little box of treasures. There's a lovely size mirror on the inside lid, I say lovely i mean it's big enough to see both eyes and a nose when held close to your face, unlike most compacts, that you can't see for looking.
Then neatly below is a recessd compartment containg the mascara, then below there are three average sized eyeshadows, another recess for your brushes , then two, two penny sized circles containing a concealer and eye brighter. Furthest to the left in another recess, lies a wonderful pot of cream creaseless shadow. The box is strong and the way in which everything is layed out works beautifully for me. I can be a bit messy when it comes to make up, so its great you can wipe everything clean !
Inside benefit have not spared on variety and chosen products that beautifully work together
the concealer in this kit is really amazing probably one of my top three benefit products ever!. I don't have good skin, I suffer with dry patches and have blemishes. The concealer shade, blends well on similar tones as I've used this on my face in January, in the summer, even on a scar I have on my leg ( yes I'm a strange woman) all of which are slightly different toned . I would of liked to have seen a larger quantity of this (perhaps I'm just greedy). It was the first part of the set to run out ! correction the only part to run out since I had it in January
Next up is the bad gal lash mascara. This is a mini version of the full sized product but it is no different how well it works, which is very. You do need to take your time and let this dry. (I have done a separate review on this) Achieve some full, glam, lashes with this mascara. I can see why a lot of women love this product, but it's difficult to achieve a natural look with how rich this formula is.
Brush away the blemishes and smooth on the shadows. These brushes have a tip for applying concealer, a tip for shadow, and a tip for liner. Benefit know how to make a good brush, lets face it, a good make up is useless, unless its applied well. I'm no make up artist but these brushes will be my trusted friends long after the rest of the set has disappeared. They're amazing ..they're sh*t hot actually in all fairness. .
The creaseless shadow comes in a small pot and is a rich, slightly shimmery, and pale pink. It does exactly what its name suggest and more. I like to use it as my base, primer shadow it works really well like this. Other shadows sit on it nicely and also looks lovely on its own. I do like to put a smear of this on my cheeks it gives a good natural glow. The only thing I have noticed it is tricky to get the right amount out of the pot.(Benefit do sell a little spatula separately for this problem on QVC anything for an extra sale, agree?)
Open your eyes wide, bright, and beautiful with this little gem! A small amount goes a long way perfect for the morning after a bad nights sleep it perks up those peepers making you look that bit fresher than you were before. Its dense, thick and works.
Now to my favorite shadows this year! brown and luxuriously creamy feeling, the brown powder! does feel so rich its superb texture applies well as a liner it doesn't fall of the brush (snowing your face brown) its fantastic. The middle shadow, is ever so slightly shimmery with gold, pinks, and tawny colours and create a lovely warmth to the eyes. The last colour is also one of a very rich almost creamy feel a cool creamy colour, wonderfully easy to apply. Again a little bit goes a long way .
Benefit love to include these little booklets in with there make up and they are incredibly informative, show good pictures, tips, and give advice on how to apply the make-up you've purchased. I especially love the tutorial in this book on how to create a smoky look .(they're so thoughtful, I'd probably look like a panda without it )
You can pick this primpcess set up for around £20 ! it's a gift I would love again and again
I love what benefit have put together in this set, lots of good quality, high quantity products that are easy to use and a reasonable priced this is why I give this 10/10 well done benefit nothing but perfection in one little box of magic treats .
