When me my partner and our 2 friends went down to Colchester to visit our friends, we decided to stay in the Premier Inn as it was round the corner from our friends house.
On arrival we were greeted by a polite receptionist who checked us in, we then nipped to our rooms to drop our bags off. Our room was very clean it cosy. The bed was very comfatable. The bathroom was an average one with a shower over the bath but the shower was very powerfull which was fantastic. The television had all the basic channels and a few extras. In the room there was also a little tea tray which offered tea/coffee/milk/and sugar, which was lovely to wake up to a coffee in the morning without having to go out of your room.
This hotel was lovely and i would recommend this to anyone. The apparence and stay at this hotel was excellent. Since staying here i have heard alot of good comments about Premier Inn in general, and the price is also great, the adverts are right with Lennie Henry in.
im sat here and its bank holiday and iv just looked in the televison magazine and freaky friday has just started so iv switched over to watch it. i must have seen this movie about a hundred times i think it is by far one of lyndsey lohans best film. its also a great girly film.
to put the story short its a normal relationship between a mum and her teenage daughter, at the beginning they are in a chinese restaurant and a chinese lady gives them a fortune cookie and when they read them theres a earthquake and the following morning they switch into each other. in the end they realise what each others lifes are like when they finally understand they switch back. the film is brilliant as so many teenagers will relate to it.
the film is a must see as it is very entertaning not jus for the girlies but for the family as well.
i love a nice drink once in a while. i am a big baileys fan. this liquer just slides down lovely wen served on ice, also it goes nicely with coffee and cream in a liquer coffee or in a latte known as a baileys latte, these go nicely after dinner.
at christmas(which i often get a bottle) my parents bought me a balieys set, a medium bottle of the origial 2 mini bottles(1 caramel and 1 mint) and 2 baileys glassas. the new mint flavour i was looking forward to but when i tasted it i hated it the mint was way to overpowering in, but the caramel one was lovely.none of these flavours are as good as the original one though.
supprisingly i do not like any of the ingrediant on there own but when mixed together they are delicious. this drink should really be avoided or drunk wisley if you calorie counting though as theres a whopping 150 calories per shot. it is quite an expensive drink especially if buying in a restaurant at the one i eat at its £3.50 a shot but in supermarkets you can find a cheaper alternative but arnet as creamy or smooth.
Well with us going through this economic downfall quality save is helping alot of us!they sell near enough everything for households. from cleaning/self beauty/food and beverage/decor/car decor/baby necesities/childrens toys and animal care. this is a one stop shop.
i went in recently and thought there were alot of bargins on offer, we even bought a massive picture for our living room(a red rose canvas).which was £4.99. which is good value. i also buy all my cleaning products from there as they sell the leading brands for less, they also have alot of offers on the chocloate/buisuits and crisp they sell i bought a few packets of chocolate buttons for 19p each packet.
all of the baby things they stock vary everytime i go in and a bought i really nice baby towel from there i have not seen one as pretty as this one before, everything they do sell is of good quality, i also bought a tommee tipee juice cup from there and my daughter love it and it was only £1.29.
everytime we go in this shop it is always busy and all the staff are lovely. its definatley worth a visit.
i started a diet and all the healthy things in the supermarket seem to cost alot more. i loved nutrigrain bars and speacial kay snacks aswell but they were to expensive to keep buying as my partner was eating them aswell.
so when i was doing my shopping in asda i came across asdas home brand toffee an banana cereal bars, with them only being 89p per box(and 5 in a box) i thought the might taste nasty but thought id give them ago. plus they were less calories then some of the other branded cereal bars.
well i absolutly loved them but my partner dosent so this means more for me i buy 2 boxes when ever we go shopping. i think most of asdas home brands are nice but some are nasty. ever since buying te
hese i have not bought any other brand and think there are better than the other leading retailers.
i have always been a big fan of pot noodles, and while i pregnant i was craving them all the time espcially the chicken and mushroom one.
recently when the new advert came on about the donner kebab flavoured one i could not get the advert out of my head (the song just stuck there). so i decided to try the new flavour i didnt like it really didnt think it tasted that nice but did taste similar to a donner kebab though, and wasent as nice as the other flavours already out. But the advert is brilliant then another advert came on were they are taking the mic out of high school musical also i could not get this advert out of my head neither so i was always thinking about pot noodles.
their advertising is great and it definatley works now when ever i hear beyonce i think of them. all the pot noodle flavours are geat except this new donner kebeb one. But thats my opinion you will have to try it to decide for yourself.
Being a new mum there are a great quick snack.
I am an avon representative and have been one for about a year now but even before that i used to order from them. i bought avons brozing pearls abou 2 years ago now for the first time and ever since using the i have never bought another brand. Also the pearls last forever i must have had the same tub for about a year now, they are sold at a good price to its better if you wait untill offers are on though you could get 2 things for £8 which you would normally pay £8 just for the pearls. The only bad thing about them is if you drop them they go absolutley everywhere and you should try not to crunch them into your carpet as they are a nightmare to get out. But this is the only bad thing about them bot all makeup you have this problem with.
I stayed at britannia country house hotel in didsbury last year before going on my holidays to cuba. We opted for this hotel because it was close to the airport and had aiport drop off service, it also had the option to leave your car at the hotel while you was on holiday but we didnt do this.
At check we were met by a Polish man who was very plesent and english was good, when we arrived at our room it was small but it was cosy. me and my partner didnt eat dinner in the hotel restaurant we went to a restaurant around the corner, and we left early before breakfast so i can't comment on the food. The room must have just had a new bathroom installed and the shower was fantastic! it looked like down the corrider from us the rooms were being done up.which we did hear some banging in the day but it wasent that bad and we were going out anyway so it didnt matter to us. we did have a drink in the lounge bar in the evening though and it was quite but we liked that overall i would rate my stay good enough for me.
i took 2 weeks for my holidays and in the second week me and my partner were jetting off to malta. so on the sunday night before we flown we thought it would be nice to start the holiday early and go for a drink and some tea we decided to go to brewers fayre in worsley.
on arrival we were told there would be a wait for food which was not a problem for us, so we decided to have a drink first. after about half an hours wait we were called through to our table. the place looked busy in the dinning area. we ordered our food at the till and it was the girl that served me was not polite at all and looked like she did not want to be there at all!
anyway i over looked this.
then when our starters arrived i was appalled it had half of the things it mentioned on the menu missing! it was a combo, we didnt say anything about this also we ordered another starter and it was cold.
when we had finished i was quite looking forward to my main as i no uyou cant go wrong with i plain steak, but ono they couldnt even cook it right i aked for 2 rare steaks we got 2 medium well steaks and the veg was awfull.
i have not yet been back to this brewers fayre and do not attend to!!
i have recently started weaning my daughter, although its stated that milk is best for you baby up until 6 months some babies need more than milk and my daughter was one of them! she slept all the way through the night for ages then as soon as she was 4 months she started waaking in the middle of the night for a feed, then she started trying to chew on everything, and then was only going for 2 and a half hours then demanding another feed. so is decided to try her with a few tea spoons of baby rice. first day didnt go that well there was more around her mouth and on her bib! second day didnt go that bad and by the fifth she was having 5 teaspoons.now she seems to love it, the good thing about it is you can make it as runny or thick as you want and it tastes the same as her milk and is familier to her,i think this is an ideal weaning food to start with.
i have a daughter who is 4 months old and at first i used the johnsons moisturiser but i switched to the oil as a friend recommended it. i wouldnt use any other cream or moisturiser on my babies skin now since i started using johnsons oil.
every night to get my baby into a routine i give her a bath and massage the oil into her she absolutley loves it (its also good if youv been to a baby massage class) then its bottle and book and bed. its not only good for her skin its good bonding time between the two of us. now i think she looks forward to it.
its not just good for her skin its brilliant for mine to instead of applying after a shower or bath, i put it in my bath and bathe in it also if you shower you should try applying the oil as soon as you get out of the shower before drying this is a little messier though.
i have never seen these chairs before but my friend gave me a lot of things when i was pregnant i never really looked at the things till later on in my pregnancy, and when i did see this chair i didnt think anythink about it but when my daughter was 3 months (the recommended age for the chair) i sat her in it and she absolutley loved it as she could see everything and watched me do the washing up and could watch the t.v and you no your baby is safe in them and they are good for getting your babys posture right and helping them to sit up. you can also buy a tray which goes with it and fastens on.there are some great suction toys out there which you can stick to the tray and your baby stays occupied for ages amusing themselves.my daughter loves going in her chair i have also bought another for at my mothers when we are there as its a bit big to fit on the buggy when walking round to my mothers.
kelloggs are the best cereal producers around especially kelloggs corn flakes me and my partner absolutley love waking up to kelloggs.and i personally lovethem with a nice hot cup of tea.
ever since i can remember kelloggs corn flakes have been on our table in the morning!they dont only make a good satisfying and filling breakfast but the make a great and healthy snack i also add some fruit in to the snack bowl to get in one of my five a day also this is good for if you are calorie counting .
i always splurge a bit on my cereal as the supermaket brands are not as nice and taste cheap and cardboardy compared to kelloggs corn flakes but you do often find speacial offers on kelloggs at tescos or asda or morrisons. i have never had a problem with kelloggs and they will be on the table at breakfast for many years to come in my house.
with us going through a credit crunch nappies are an expensive necetity!! i started looking around for cheaper nappies and trying them i first used tescos home brand of nappies but after my daughter had slept in one the morning after the nappy stunck could not put my finger on what the smell was but it was awfull.
i then started using huggies and pampers but i went where there were offers on on them.when i saw asdas little angels i thought id give them ago and i was very impressed with them they are three packets for £10 which is very good value for money and they are good nappies not cheap stuff i am using level 3 size and i have never had a problem with them. i still buy huggies and pampers though at asdas baby events as they work out cheaper but once thats finished im back to little angels they are the best alternative to huggies or pampers in my opinion.

i am an avon rep and absolutley love this fragrance i recommend it to all my male clients. it is sold in a gorgeous black square bottle and looks very expensive it also sounds expensive to but it is not it retails at a resonable price and you can sometimes get offers with it aswell for example a wash bag or moisturiser or body wash!
it has a spicy aroma to it, it is not an over powering aroma though, it is not that long lasting a fragrance but is a lovely fragrance for the day time and by far the nicest male fragrance avon has to offer. i think the fragrance has alot to offer and is good value. all my customers which have bought this product have loved it but i think it is not for everyone. get a sample from your representative, to make sure you like it!!
it makes a lovely gift.
