About this Member

I have travelled to 45+ countries, including most of West Africa, and live in rural Essex with my wife and daughter. We renovated our Georgian house last year after it had been un-modernised since it was built in the eighteenth century. I used to read a lot, but time is a bit short as I run around after my daughter when I get home from work as an IT consultant.
I have run web sites since 1994 all for fun, including www.pothos.co.uk , www.crackdown.org.uk, www.sohogreen.com and my own site at www.william-powlett.net. I am very computer friendly for my sins and installed a full network in the house whilst renovating!
