I suffer with continual pain the arch of my feet but I hate to take pain killers for this because it is an on going problem. I have recently started using Deep Heat rub which I picked up from our local Wilkinson store on promotion for only £1.00 which at this price I thought it was well worth a try.
The smell is very strong but personally I don't think it is a bad smell. You only need a small amount of the rub as it does seem to go a long way. As soon as the rub is applied to my feet I can feel the heat start all ready and then it feels as though the bottom of my feet start to relax and I get a temporary relief from the pain.
I usually only use this before I go to bed at night as this is when the pain is worse but I wouldn't want to use it under clothes during the day as it is quite a greasy product.
I would recommend this product it gives more relief than the spray form.
I am a fan of comedy films especially more recently films staring Paul Rudd such as Knocked Up and Forgetting Sarah Marshal so I love you man was a must see for me. I love you man was released in 2009 and has the following cast:-
Paul Rudd ... Peter Klaven
Rashida Jones ... Zooey Rice
Jason Segel ... Sydney Fife
Sarah Burns ... Hailey
Jaime Pressly ... Denise
Jon Favreau ... Barry
Jane Curtin ... Joyce Klaven
J.K. Simmons ... Oswald Klaven
Andy Samberg ... Robbie Klaven
There was a great connection between Jason Segel and and Paul Rudd in this film as with the previous film they worked in together Forgetting Sarah Marshal. The film has a good amount of humour and bring everyday situations into the story line so many people can relate to the characters in one way or the other.
Peter Claven who works in real estate is a man who has no male friends and generally finds it easier to get on with women than men which starts to cause a problem when his wedding to fiance Zooey is fast approaching and he has no best man.
Peter trys many ways to find men to be his new friend going on various man dates!!
Finally he finds his best friend in Sydney and we see them doing all the things men friends are ment to do togeather but will Zooey approve of Peters relationship with his new friend Sydney?
I was rolling around on the floor watching this film there is a balance of humour all the way through this film which. My favourite part of the film is when Sydneys dog poo's and he does not clear it up and causes a reaction between him and a jogger!!
I have watched this film now at least 10-12 times and yet I am still not tired of it and as much as I watch it I still can not help but laugh! Maybe this is a man thing because when I watch it now my girlfriend doesn't find it funny any more!
I would recommend this film to anyone who loves to watch a comedy especially if you have enjoyed The 40 Year old Virgin, Knocked Up, Role Models etc.
Personally I would say this is the best comedy film I have watched in years.

I have been following the weight watchers diet now for 5 months and in that time I have managed to lose just over 2 stone.
I have found the diet reasonably easy to follow as you can still eat everything you want but in smaller portions. I have to say I do not like any of the weight watcher meals and the bread ohhhh the bread if thats what you can call it more like a thin sponge which you can not butter as it rips the so called bread apart. The weight watchers diet has been around since the 1960's and is based really on portion control, calories and saturated fat. They have a handy little calculator you can take shopping with you to find out how many points different food types are but beware you do get some funny looks!!
The thing which annoyed me is when I exercised I but weight on but when I sat on my bum all day I lost weight so it doesnt seem to encourage you to get fit.
Something that is off putting to me and I am sure many other men, is the fact when you go the meetings it is mainly women or in my case there is only me and one other guy!
It is a good diet to shift the weight off but not for maintaining the weight loss after you stop going.
It costs £5.50 a week and is world wide so they say you can still weigh in when you go on holiday although im sure there are not many people who actually do this. They also do special discounted offers if you are a monthly pass member which allows you to use limited access on the Weight Watchers website, but this has to be paid by direct debit. If you do sign up for the monthly membership you get a free goody bag which contains:-
an eating out guide
a shopping guide
a weekly food diary.
I would recommend anyone who wants a quick fix kind of diet to try weight watchers but anyone who would like to know more about foods which you should be eating and foods which you should avoid I personally do not think this is the diet for you.
I went to see Disneys A Christmas Carol just before Christmas last year. I have always like films with Jim Carey in as he seems to put his own touch on films. In this case I do not feel this was the case. The film was enjoyable and the graphics were fantastic. It is a classic fim been modernised with the plot not being tampered with.
Jim Carey plays Scrooge as well as the 3 ghost of Christams. There are also some familiar faces in support, with the talents of Gary Oldman as Scrooge's downtrodden worker Bob Cratchit. Bob Hoskins teams up with Zemeckis once more to play Scrooge's former employer Mr. Fezziwig and Colin Firth makes an appearance as Scrooge's estranged nephew Fred. So a good cast was pulled together to make this adaption of the film.
Ebenezer Scrooge defines miserly and crotchety, spending his days counting his pennies and bitterly snapping at those around him. On one particularly Christmas Eve, he his haunted by the ghost of his former partner, Jacob Marley. Sporting chains and a ghastly demeanor, Marley warns Scrooge that he will suffer the same miserable fate that he himself has if he doesn't take heed of three spirits who will visit him over the course of the night. The ghost of the present and the ghost of the future. But was the visits from these ghosts enough to chane Ebenezers ways?? well of course you know the answer to thta who hasnt seen A Christmas Carol!!
I must say I was ment to take my 6 year old niece to see this film but after I watched it and saw the amount of children being taken out of this film I thought that maybe I shouldnt take her as it would probably scare the life out of her!! It was made quite scary in places but then I think alot of that could be because of the life like graphics and features.
For adults and older children I would recommend this film all day long but in my opinion maybe people with younger children should wait a few years to see this film. It may be worth buying the Dvd and watching it yourself first to decide if you feel it is suitable for your child.
I have been on facebook for a couple of months now and I find that it is a great way to keep up to date with friends. I have managed to find lost family through facebook, it seems that every one you speak to now is on facebook.
Other than talking to friends and family there are also applications which you can add to your facebook account for free. Applications include games, calenders, superpoke, social questions. Games which you can play against friends and addictive games such as yoville where you run your own apartment and visit friends and go into town, or farmville where you manage your own farm crops and animals. Facebook also notify you when it is one of your friend or familys birthday so there is no excuse now for me to miss a birthday.
You can right on your status and let people know what you are upto or how you are feeling. Your friends and family can comment on these statuses.
Many businesses have groups on facebook now advertising their products and services. There are also groups which you can become fans of such as the latest celeb page.
If you have a party coming up you can use the event application to Invite people and they can let you know online if they can make it or not. You can make these events opened to the public or close them so just the people you invite can see the content.
Those of you who are use to msn will feel at home with facebooks instant messenger which allows you to talk to people live who are online. The only thing I find with this it often freezes mid conversation.
Most phones now that gives you internet access alows you to view your facebook account on the go, you can also update your status and upload pictures straight from your phone to your profile.
I am all for facebook I feel it is a good way to interact with your friends and is very easy to use and also it is free. The disadvantages of facebook are the instant messenger is very slow and often does not work. Facebook are continually changing the layout once you get used to it, it then changes again.
