The exorcism! Who hasn't heard about it? After the smashing blockbuster, Exorcist 1973, comes The Exorcism Of Emily Rose relating to true events. Still based on the idea of a demon possessing the innocent and testing mankind with regards to there faith in GOD, This movie yet again brings back the thrills and chills fans have been yearning for. Although directed by a different person (Scott Derickson) the movie delivers fabulously within the new era. This movie is based on the death of a young girl (Emily Rose), following an exorcism. Because the idea of "possession," is no longer believed in today's modern society, the blame goes directly to Father Moore who was responsible for exorcising her. Father moore is trialled for murder and the movie relates to Father Moore's experience with Emily during her time alive and the face off with the devil himself!
Emily Rose is a young 19yr old college student who is plagued with a terrible condition which psychologists deem to be schizophrenia (mental disorder) or a personality disorder. After several unsuccessful treatments and the hope to one day get better, Emily believes this is not in the hands of any doctor or psychologist. Instead, it may be signs of possession. As her symptoms worsen, Emily is completely alienated from everyone and that's when things start to kick in. Father Moore is then suggested to perform the exorcism as Emily's condition seems to be symbolizing the works of evil, yes guys and girls.....SATAN himself!
She begins these experiences, when she is alone on day, and when the clock strikes 3:00am exactly, Emily smells something burning. Intrigued, like most teenagers are, she goes to check it out only to find that the door ahead of her is opening and closing by itself. Suddenly, she begins to feel a strange presence of which even tries to choke her! At first she believes she may be hallucinating and because she is diagnosed with epilepsy, she is given the relevant medicines to better her condition (All of which have no positive effect on her health).
Other's involved in this case (Christine Bruner defense lawyer), to prove Father Moore's innocence, begin to smell the same strange burning sensation followed by strange occurrences. Father Moore warns, that anyone trying to prove the existence of the Devil is going to be haunted by these demons. Father Moore breaks the news by clarifying that Emily has been taken by 6 demons! And that chance of survival are slim. The trial carries on and vital evidence, the key to Father Moore's innocence, is found- The last letter written by Emily before her death stating what she had seen and the option she had to take as a result.

I liked almost everything about this movie. The sound effects were superb. The sound themselves are enough to freak you out let alone the camera work. The movie is also more of a modern approach towards possession and exorcism, which i personally found was done quite well. The fact that the movie is based mainly in a court room, with the defense retelling the story of Emily's possession, seems to be a decent way of getting the audience (like us) to view different aspects of the movie instead of basing it entirely on being possession. It basically is a way of us reliving the reality of possession and its impact on today's society.
There is not much i disliked to be honest. If I had to come up with a drawback then it would have to be the ongoing trial itself. It can get a bit long and repetitive and you can therefore find it difficult to understand what just happened.
Based on a true story, I believe this movie to be another great hit after the the fantastic response of the original Exorcist. Jennifer Carpenter, who played Emily, did amazingly well to portray the role of a possessed individual. The movie is truly terrifying, with scenes which may be a bit to scary for some viewers. Imagine having not 1, not 2, not even 3 demons possessing you but 6!!! 1 is bad enough. But Emily is possessed with 6 demons who tear her apart both mentally and physically which the director has show nicely. Very gruesome and mind throttling.
I would give it a personal rating of 4/5

The Twilight saga has gained a lot of popularity mainly due to its gripping story line. It was first portrayed as a novel and its success soon after resulted in a film adaptation.
Where we left off ( Twilight saga: New Moon )
Bella Swan's ( Kristen Stewart) love for Edward Cullen (Robert Pattinson) is ever so great despite the fact that Edward is a vampire. She is still very much in love with Edward and for his sake wants to also become a vampire. However Edward is not ready to accept and to take such a big step.
Edward and the Cullen family decide to throw a party for Bella's 18th birthday, however a vampires thirst for blood is to great for one to resist. Therefore, when Bella cuts her finger, she bleeds and that sight of blood draws attention to one of the newest members of the Cullen family (Jasper Hale) and so decides to attack her. Edward realizes, although he loves her, the fact remains that he and his family are indeed vampires and that staying with Bella will only bring trouble. He then leaves Bella, for her own good, and decides to go away for good.
Bella, after losing the one she loves, gains comfort from Jacob Black (Taylor Lautner) who is a very good friend to her. Their relationships begins to get stronger, however the fact that Jacob too has an underlying secret (the fact that he is a werewolf) is still to unfold. A lot happens thereafter, Jacob Black and his transformation, Edward coming back to protect the one he loves (Bella) and the movie ends with a cliff hanger when Edward asks Bella to marry him.
New moon is mostly focussed on Bella and the choice in love she has to make, with regards to Edward and Jacob, however eclipse looks at Jacob Black's growing love for Bella in more detail.
Twilight saga: Eclipse Synopsis
A new breed of vampires is forming, and The Cullen's don't have the strength to fight them off alone. Bella still persists to become a vampire, however Edward Cullen says that only if she marries him will he turn her into one. All are concerned of Bella's safety, in particular Edward, and is also concerned of the werewolf pack attacking her. Even after Bella tells Edward, there is nothing to worry about and that Jacob Black (from the werewolf pack) will never harm her or let her be harmed.
Jacob Black and Bella meet up, and its during his visit he decides to express hos love for Bella by forcefully kissing her. Bella is then enraged after this, and hits Jacob injuring her own hand. Edward Cullen becomes aware of this and threatens to hurt Jacob Black should he do something like that again. This is the point in which there is a slight distance between Bella and Jacob which also affects her relationship with the wolf pack. Bella however, decides to forgive him when Jacob persistently asks to be forgiven. (This is when the movie begins to show a bond between the Vampires and Werewolves)
After Alice Cullen ( Ashley Greene) sees a vision of the new vampire breed wreaking havoc and attacking Forks, the Vampire pack join with the werewolf pack to form a legion of their own army and eliminate the new born vampires.
Bella, decides to marry Edward as only then will she become a vampire and be able to stay with Edward eternally. Jacob and Edward put their differences aside, as they believe that Bella's safety comes first. However, when Jacob come to know that that Bella is ready to get married to Edward, he becomes upset. His anger towards this makes him lose his senses and he decides that he should fight the new born vampires himself and emotionally blackmails Bella into kissing him. Upon the kiss, she realises she is in love with Jacob also. However wants to be with Edward.

What I liked
This movie is no doubt the best I've seen in the Twilight saga. There's a bit of everything added into this movie to make it a full packed movie. From action and thriller all the way to love and romance. This movie lacks nothing in suspense, as viewers are always wondering what is going to happen next. The actors, in particular Bella (Kristen Stewart), Edward (Robert Pattinson) and Jacob (Taylor Lautner) did a magnificent job in portraying there roles and their expressions have successfully supported the hype of this film. The special effects are superb in which the environment, transformations of werewolves/vampires are the best one can expect and really keeps you on your toes. I particularly liked the battle scenes, as they are well constructed and attention to detail is at its best.
What I Disliked
This movie was simply superb. The director (David Slade) did nothing to disappoint the audience. It does justice to the novels and this is definitely one to watch. (124mins may be long for some, but a lot goes on in the movie and so the length can be ignored)
Well, this movie is a Must for those who have already seen the previous two in the saga. Even if you haven't, watching this installment will make you want to watch all the movies in this saga as the storyline has immense strength in attracting the audience. Out of the three , I believe Eclipse to be the best with regards to the cinematography, music, action and although the movie is pretty long, I didn't find the length to be an issue. Once I was hooked into it I didn't realize time fly by. In fact when the movie ended, I was craving for more!
Twilight Eclipse, combines many genres so it is compatible with those looking for a bit of action, fantasy, a little horror and most importantly romance. However, don't mistake this film to be purely a boring love story (for those of you who get bored of love stories lol). It is a combination of plenty of genres and so everyone can watch it. Definitely one to watch.

What is it?
Sudocrem is an effective "antiseptic healing cream," and its purposes vary from nappy rashes, burns, cuts, eczema and it also suggests to be effective on acne. When used regularly and consistently, it can overcome redness and irritation and help soothe the skin.
Nappy rash is one of the most common issues associated with babies. Nappy rashes result in an inflamed area of the skin (because babies have sensitive skin it is easily subjected to irritation) and can worsen due to urine and stools. This can cause added irritation and can be very uncomfortable for babies. It is usually due to contact of urine on a babies skin over a period of time that can trigger a small blistered and sore area on the skin and contact with the babies nappy can irritate the skin further developing into a rash. It is necessary to apply an antispetic to heal the irritated skin and to prevent further irritation and infections.
Sudocrem, is therefore very effective in healing an already present rash, along with keeping the rash from become irritated and to prevent any further skin problems in the future.
Sudocrem acts fast by firstly creating a barrier over the skin (due to its water-repellent properties) and begins to block any urine or stools getting into contact with the skin. By doing this the skin can begin its healing process. This allows for the skin to be soothed and calms down any further irritation.
Eczema is a skin condition in which an area of the skin becomes inflamed and itchy red patches develop (Dermatitis). Eczema can be very uncomfortable and itching the infected area can make the problem worsen. It is often associated with redness, itching, skin dryness, scaly skin, crusting of skin, blistering and in worst cases bleeding. It is therefore necessary to combat eczema by using an effective antiseptic cream, such as sudocrem, which calms irritated skin, reduces redness and helps to heal the skin naturally.
Excessive exposure to the sun can result in severe irritation, complications to the skin and a burning sensation can be felt. This is because the skin is subjected to UV (radiation) Rays whilst in the sun. This can damage the skin, with time, causing scaling and localised erythema (redness of skin). Sudocrem can help soothe the sun burned area of the skin and again help reduce redness with its anti fungal properties. It can cool the affected area and bring the skin back to its natural state.
Minor burns, such as when cooking, can also be treated with sudocrem and can prove to very effective when applied to the affected area.
Acne is another very common skin disease which affects most of the population. Acne can be in the form of blackheads, whiteheads and inflamed pimples. Although acne is mainly hormonal, other environmental effects can also contribute to congested pores, which if not treated early enough cand become ifected thus cusing breakouts. Sudocrem can help heal acne, although is not widely known to, but is best to treat the more inflamed aspects of acne and the redness associated with acne, as opposed to comedones (blackheads/whiteheads).
Sudocrem's antiseptic properties helps the redness from acne and may be more effective in fighting body acne (Bacne) as opposed to facial acne. (Because Sudocrem is cream based, it may clog the pores and may worsen initial acne and so should be used with caution)
What makes sudocrem effective?
Lanolin is an ingredient which many people are allergic to, however hypo-allergenic lanolin has been used to minimize the risk of developing allergies and increasing irritation
A drying and healing agent which helps to reduce irritation, inflammation and localized redness
This can help with pain and irritation (as it is a weak anesthetic) and also acts as a disinfectant and so can protect against common bacteria.
-Benzyl Benzoate & Benzyl Cinnamate
These ingredients are amongst the skin healing, Peru Balsam, and help Assist with healing wounds and sore skin
Sudocrem is priced quite reasonably. At £2.69 (from boots). You get a decent sized tub (125g) which can last a very long time (as a little application goes a long way)
How to use
This is for external use only. Apply a small layer over the affected areas, rubbing in gently. Use daily and as often as required.
Due to its antiseptic and anti-fungal properties, sudocrem is very effective at healing the skin. I first discovered sudocrem when I burned my finger whilst cooking. My mum had already bought the 125g tub for £2.69 from boots some time back (as she too had burned her hand whilst cooking lol, burning yourself whilst cooking is quite common so it is definitely recommended to have sudocrem handy). I was therefore recommended this and decide to give it a go.
When I first applied the cream, it felt very thick and so I decide to apply a little amount. I was expecting my finger to burn on application however when I applied a small amount of the cream, I felt a cooling sensation. It didn't sting or burn at all, instead it soothed the affected area. After a couple of hours the cream was still visible (its thick texture makes it difficult to be absorbed quickly) but the most important thing was that my finger felt much better. During the day, the redness reduced (although not completely) but the most noted difference was the fact that there was no irritation or burning of the skin.
Not only has it been effective in curing the minor burns, everyone I know has always used sudocrem to help with their babies nappy rashes. So it is a must have if you have any children as they are the most vulnerable to these rashes.
I haven't tried sudocrem for facial acne, however if a get an inflamed spot on my back or arm I apply it directly to the spot and the next day its size is seriously reduced and most if not all redness is gone. I would most certainly recommend sudocrem for body acne although I wouldn't suggest applying it to the face, as the cream is very thick and may clog pores further due to the face being more sensitive than other parts of the body.
I would definitely recommended this cream purely due to its healing nature and the fact that it is a multi-use cream helping areas of the skin that is irritated, red or burned. However, the cream is very thick and takes time to absorb completely. Therefore to avoid getting the cream on clothes, it is important to apply a small amount rubbing the cream in gently.

Aveeno is a well known brand and is great for retaining moisture, which is usually a problem for dry skin. For those of you who are not sure about Aveeno's products, they are made by Johnson and Johnson which is a highly reputable company. Therefore those who are user's of the Johnson and Johnson's should definitely try out Aveeno Cream. Aveeno uses naturally active ingredients which are carefully selected to help care for your skin.
The product from the Aveeno range I will be reviewing is the Aveeno Cream with natural colloidal oatmeal
The Aveeno cream contains natural colloidal oatmeal which have a history, dating back to the Ancient Greeks and Romans, to help heal skin. This is purely due to the fact that the oatmeal has a soothing effect on the skin (especially dry skin), where it cleanses and moisturizes effectively. This ultimately allows for the skin to create a barrier over the skin to prevent water loss and thus help retain moisture.
Shea butter is renowned for its moisturize abilities to help protect the skin from the drying effect of heat and harsh wind. Aveeno has combined the two moisturizing ingredients (Oatmeal and Shea Butter) to come up with an ultimate solution for dry, irritated skin to heal, soothe, hydrate and keep the skin well protected.
This cream also helps protect sensitive skin prone to Eczema, keeps it well hydrated to avoid any added irritation.
How to use
Apply to skin regularly to prevent dryness and irritation caused by skin dehydration
As a teenager, suffering from acne, I had gone to the doctor's to help find a solution for my acne. I have oily skin and so was prescribed some harsh Topical gels to apply which really dried and irritated my skin. I was advised by my pharmacist to use a moisturizer which will help hydrate my skin well without irritating it. I was then shown to Aveeno Cream. The box seemed to stand out and looked very natural. I was convinced that Natural Ingredients have been used (I always try and use products that contain natural active ingredients as opposed to harsh ingredients and chemicals). The box also stated clearly " With naturally active ingredients." It was priced at a very high price, considering it was a moisturizer, at £6.50 for 100ml. I decide to buy the product anyway as I thought it should be helpful to my skin for it to be priced so high.
I used the product the next morning and realized unlike other moisturizers, I had previously used, this one definitely did help retain moisture. Throughout the day my face was shining, although this was not a good idea as i already have oily skin. Although it was clearly very moisturizing, it was not able to balance the moisture and left my face shining quite alot. I also noticed that the side I had a bit of eczema was nicely cared for, by this moisturizer, in which it was not irritating and instead, was keeping it protected. After using it for about a month, I found my eczema had disappeared! My skin was never dry, and what's really great is the fact that there was no irritation! I would however like to add, that although it helped moisturize my face very well, and had helped considerably with my eczema, it did however cause many little black and white heads on my forehead. At first I thought it was a coincidence to suddenly have black and whiteheads forming on my forehead, but with consistent use of the product I realized that this cream was in fact causing this. This may be due to the fact that this cream may not be suitable for oily skin even if your oily skin had been dried due to topical acne gels. So those with Oily skin prone to acne DO NOT USE!
I liked this product because it does moisturize well, and a little application goes a long way for even the most driest skin. It smells quite nice and one can feel confident of going out without any dry patches. The 100ml tube lasts for a long time, I used this for about a month when I stopped using it due to the formation of blackheads/whiteheads, and still have more than half of the tube left!
This product disappointed me when I began to realize that I was getting many little black and white heads. I carried on using it for a while, then stopped as I noticed I was breaking out more and more. Therefore, I wasn't quite happy with the cream with regards to its comedogencity (whether or not it blocks pores).
Overall, this product may be best suited for those who have dry skin naturally, as opposed to those who have oily skin. This is purely because, application of this cream on oily face will make your skin shine too much and the natural skin oils will combine with the effects of Aveeno Cream (trying to retain moisture) therefore plugging the pores and causing blackheads/whiteheads. If you are prone to acne then this product is a serious NO! If you are not prone to acne then this is one of the best moisturizers out there and is highly recommended. It can be used anywhere, not only for the face, and does its job of moisturizing efficiently without irritation!
Moisturizing abilities: 5/5
Non-Comedogenic (Will not block pores): NO This product will cause breakouts in my experience

Jake Sully, A combat marine has been injured during battle and as a result has been paralyzed waist down. He is therefore on a wheelchair not able to do much although after the death of his brother, he is called to take his place on a project he'd been working in on a distant planet, The "Wonderful World," of Pandora. The project is merely locating a rare material on this planet which would help humans on their quest to to find a source to build energy and therefore cure any ailments. But little do the marines know, that what looks like a project to not harm the beings living there, but to acquire the rare item soon takes the turn for the worst, when greedy corporate Parker Selfridge's believes that inhalation of the NA VI race will show man's strength and ability to take over the planet and be owner to this precious material. Jake is told to infiltrate the NA VI and find out everything the corporate needs to know about them in exchange for Jake's leg to be healed without cost. Jake agrees and explores Pandora however due to the environments toxicity he must use an avatar identity (body fit enough to withstand the demands of the environment) Through this, Jake begins to explore Pandora and bonds with the aliens living there. He soon is attracted to a beautiful creature of the NA VI tribe, who saves his life, whilst engaging into battle with beasts on that planet. After falling in love with Neytri ( The NA VI who saved his life) he feels attached to the aliens living there and wants to remain there living through his avatar identity. The corporate (Parker Selfridge's) begins to plan out an extermination of the NA VI race, and Jake soon realizes this. Parker gathers the soldiers, making them ready for attack, however Jake, in his avatar form, prepares the NA VI's to fight back in this epic battle between alien and human.
Pandora is a deadly environment for humans, however for the NA VI's its is a beautiful place with rich landscapes, extravagant trees and hilltops and amazing sea's. The air is toxic to humans and many different species soar the land of Pandora, ranging from beasts, insects, all of the pre-historic type. I liked the scenery explored in this movie, the calamity of the planet reflects on how peaceful the area is and how innocent the creatures living there are. The action scenes are mind blowing, and the 3D effect keeps you thrilled throughout. (Even without the 3D, the movie has been so well made that the thrill is relatively the same, from falling mountains to beasts being slain) The main thing i like about this movie, is the fact that anything could happen. I mean anything can happen on Pandora, the special effects are so great and allows for a natural approach to and so the scenes are very unpredictable. You will always have your hand over heart, as the scenes shock you and at the same time amaze you
There is nothing i didn't like about this movie! It is an all around classic, with a lot of actions and emotions being put in place. The only drawback (if i had to choose) would be the fact that viewers may find it long (162 mins- 2hrs 42mins) however personally speaking, the movie was so fantastic that i didn't even realize how long it was! When watching this movie the emotions are so extreme, you actually don't want the movie to end!!
Director: James Cameron
Running time: 2hrs 42mins
Sam Worthington (Jake Sully)
Zoe Saldana (Neytri)
Sigourney Weaver (Dr Grace Augustine)
Stephen Lang ( Colonel Miles Quaritch)
Michelle Rodriguez ( Trudy Chacon)
Giovnni Ribisi ( Parker Selfridge)
Joel David Moore ( Dr. Norm Spellman)
Dileep Rao ( Dr Max Patel)
If you want to watch a brilliant movie, in which you can be satisfied to say you have watched an all time blockbuster then this is it! Its an action packed thriller, which covers all emotions. Anger, hate, betrayal, love, passion, determination, sorrow and all these emotions have been put nicely into place, which gives you the movie AVATAR! I have been impressed with the camera work, and most of all the special effects! It is so realistic and natural, you too will feel part of the NA VI race!! You'll find yourself stuck in between the human race and the NA VI race, but your emotions will be geared towards the NA VI's and you will feel the need to be in the movie alongside them in their battle between good and evil.... Overall a superb movie and is a must see for everyone out there regardless to age or taste.

What is it?
Bio-Oil is an advanced formulation of skin care oils and is specifically designed to help improve the appearance of skin and when used regularly can help effectively improve:
-Uneven Skin tone
This light, non-greasy oil contains a breakthrough ingredient ( PurCellin Oil) which enhances Bio- Oil's effectiveness. It helps in evening out the skin and is also great at improving the skins appearance. It can also help other skin issues such as ageing or dehydrated skin due to its moisturizing capabilities.
What is PurCellin Oil
PurCellin Oil is supposed to be a "breakthrough ingredient," which helps Bio-Oil absorb easily into the skin. PurCellin oil is associated with ducks, as they secrete this oil during preening. (cleaning and grooming themselves). The oil secreted is not thick and is non-greasy and creates a layer over the feathers to help the duck swim in water. Therefore, with the help of PurCellin Oil, Bio-Oil's thickness can be reduced and so the skin can easily absorb the oil for optimum effectiveness.
Vitamin A & E
Bio-Oil contains vitamin A and vitamin E, which are both vital ingredients for flawless skin and moisturizing (simply put, vitamin A&E are nutrients for healthy looking skin). Both are powerful anti oxidants, where Vitamin E helps improve moisturization, overall skin smoothness and suppleness and Vitamin A helps with repairing and healing damaged skin.
The term hypo-allergenic purely means a product which causes minimal or no skin allergies. These products are gentle on the skin to avoid any reactions. Bio-Oil claims to be hypo-allergenic and so is clearly a gentle yet effective product.
The term Non- Comedogenic is a fancy word referring to a product with regards to whether or not it will clog pores up, which could result in pimples and acne. Bio-Oil again states that it is a non-greasy formula and is "Non-acnegenic," therefore it is safe to use on the face and will not clog pores.
Bio- Oil Uses
Bio-Oil is a very effective oil and can be used for the following:
Its ingredients allows Bio-Oil to effectively moisturize the skin, and help to reduce the appearance of stretch marks. Well moisturized skin helps to reduce the risks of developing stretch marks in the first place, so applying Bio-Oil to all areas of the skin will prevent you from getting any. (Bio-Oil is highly recommended during pregnancies, to avoid getting stretch marks). Stretch marks can also be caused during a sudden growth spurt, and sudden weight gain/loss. Therefore applying the oil daily massively reduces the chances of developing stretch marks.
~~Uneven Skin Tone~~
Bio-Oil is also good at helping to reduce pigmentation marks and blemishes and any damage caused by the sun which results in dark spots or circles.
It also helps with new and old scars, to smooth and even out the surface of the skin.
Because of its moisturizing capabilities, it is helpful at keeping the skin supple and so can help with wrinkles.
Apply Bio-Oil twice daily onto skin massaging gently (especially to the areas prone to stretch marks). Daily and consistent use, will result in optimizing the effects of the oil, and soon after results will be visible.
This product is quite expensive. I bought the small bottle (60ml) from boots for an amazing £8.99!
I think that is very expensive for a bottle so small, however it is definitely worth it!
I remember a couple of months ago, when I first started going to the gym and working out. When you start off body building, you want to lift to your maximum potential and you want to be going regularly 3-4 times a week. I started off working out 3 times a week lifting heavy. A friend told me that I should use oil after every workout to avoid getting stretch marks ( as heavy lifting can trigger sudden weight gain causing stretch marks). I on the other hand didn't listen and carried on lifting and not applying any oil to my body. I soon began to see stretch marks developing (and they looked quite horrid) on the inside of my arms. I was then recommended Bio-Oil and I used it consistently for a couple of months.
On opening, the bottle seemed very small but the pinkish colored liquid looked appealing. I poured some into my hands and was welcomed to a very pleasant lavender smell. When I applied it to my skin it seemed to be very runny and too oily, however I carried on applying all over the body (especially to the areas where my stretch marks were). A little while later, I realized that the skin had absorbed the oil nicely and there was no oily residue. The smell stayed with me throughout the day ( I would say the smell is a benefit as it smells nice and makes you feel fresh). A couple of weeks later I noticed that my stretch marks had died down drastically, the stretch marks really did appear to be going. After a couple of moths use, the stretch marks were still there, however were seriously reduced in appearance. Bio-Oil definitely did the trick.. I also noticed my body was always well moisturized and my skin felt soft and smooth.. I still use Bio-Oil and do lift heavy and since using Bio-Oil, I have not had any new stretch marks develop.
I wouldn't recommend using Bio-Oil on the face however, due to the fact that I feel it is too oily. Even though it says it will not clog pores, those prone to acne should avoid applying it to the face
I have also not used this oil specifically for scars and so do not know how well it would work for serious scars. ( although I do have some marks and small scars on my arms which have always been there). However, whilst using Bio-Oil, I have noticed that they are less visible than they used to be. Therefore, I would highly recommend this product as it definitely helps with stretch marks and I have no reason not to believe that it does just as good on reducing the appearance of scars.
I would give this product a personal rating of 9/10
for more information, you can visit Bio-Oil's official website:
After my previous review on the The Original Source Mint and Tea Tree Shampoo, I thought I would let everyone in on another fantastic product, which again combines The natural Tea tree oil and soothing pepper mint oil, and is great for your skin!
Tea Tree Oil
For those who don't already know, Tea Tree Oil was originally originated in Australia, and has been a natural remedy to cure everyday problems including skin issues. Tea tree is an antibacterial and is effective in curing many problems (of which include acne). As we all know, acne is a very common skin problem and 8/10 people develop this condition at some point in their life. Tea Tree however, can help with problematic skin, due to its healing nature and so can prove to be an effective skin treatment
Peppermint Oil is is also very effective at helping the skin as it has a calming and soothing effect. The peppermint oil helps soothe the skin and is also an anti bacterial and anti-inflammatory, and so can effectively help cure problematic skin
Superdrug Tea Tree & Peppermint Facial Wash
The tea tree and peppermint facial wash is made and approved by "Superdrug skin care specialist," and like most products is dermoligically tested. This facial wash states to effectively remove dirt, make-up and other impurities (incurred during the day) to help promote a clear, spot free complexion.
Because it combines the the natural tea tree and peppermint oils, this product is very effective in cleansing the skin. It is perfect for everyday skin problems, and what is really great is the fact that it is a natural way to help existing skin problems, as well as preventing any further impurities.
--- How To Use ---
This facial should be used twice a day daily (once in the morning and once in the evening) and should be applied onto wet face. Work into a lather with warm water and massage onto the face. Rinse thoroughly and pat dry.
--- Ingredients ---
Sodium Laureth Sulfate
Melaleuca Alternifolia (Tea Tree) Leaf Oil
Mentha Piperita ( Peppermint Oil)
--- Cost ---
The Superdrug Tea Tree and peppermint facial wash is quite cheap considering its effectiveness in cleansing skin ( £2.99 )
--- Conclusion ---
After trying so many facial washes from top names such as clearasil, garnier, clean and clear etc. all claiming to be great for sensitive skin, I thought i'd give my skin a more natural approach and what could be more natural than tea tree? I have oily skin prone to spots but having used this facial wash I have noticed a general cleanliness of my skin. It leaves a tingly feel (as with all tea tree products) which makes you feel as though something is definitely happening, as opposed to other facial washes which just dry your face out! Because this facial wash uses natural tea tree and peppermint which balances the moisture in your skin (in my experience) so that the face is not too oily or too dry. It has a beautiful scent to it and one can feel confident about using it. I use it twice a day and have found this product to be better than most of the facial washes I have used. If what you require is a decent facial wash with natural ingredients a facial wash which is excellent for all skin types, and if you're looking for a wash worth the money then I would really recommend this product. Not only is it good for normal skin, it also suggests to help with spots with tea trees anti-bacterial properties. I myself have witnessed tea trees benefits and have used it since.
I would give this an overall rating of 8/10.

Nokia 5530 Express Music
Nokia has been a world leader in the mobile phone industry for many years. The mobile phones they have introduced have been very unique with many handy applications combined together into an easy to use mobile phone. Nokia's mobile designs are very innovative and are highly known for their slender and sleek look. However because of recent competition, with the likes of the I-phone and blackberry, Nokia has seen a slight fall in sales and so have come up with different products, which have similar functions to that of their competitors (I-phone, Sony Ericsson and blackberry) at an affordable price. One of their strategies to increase sales and popularity of Nokia mobile phones, include their addition of the brand name "Xpress Music," which are mobile phones designed specifically for music playback. This move was initially set up to compete with Sony Ericsson, as they were known for their "Walkman," music playback series.
Nokia 5530 Xpress Music
After Nokia's struggle to keep at the the top of the mobile phone market, they introduced the touch screen 5530 Xpress Music model which was quite popular. This mobile phone was designed, not only for music but to be able to run various applications, with fast and reliable internet access, all in one easy to use mobile phone. The 5530 is a very slim and sleek design and fits nicely in the palm of your hand. If your looking for a slim mobile phone, which has many multi-use functions (SMS, MMS, Camera, Games, Internet and a Built in MP3 player) at a very affordable price, then this is your best bet. The 5530 is a good alternative to many of the expensive mobile phones out there all of which have the same features to that of the 5530.
--- SMS / MMS---
It is very easy to get going with sending and receiving texts. The touch screen allows for quick access to SMS / MMS and similarly, the touch screen allows messages to be typed up easily and supports the T9 dictionary. The phone has new sensor technology, so if you feel you want to type using the full keyboard, then you can turn the phone sideways, and the screen will automatically turn also. This is a nice way to alter the view of the application at full screen. You also have the options to set delivery reports, so that you are aware of when the receiver has received the text message.
--- Making/ Receiving Calls ---
Making calls is just as easy as receiving them. When you click on the "telephone," button on the main menu, the keypad automatically pops up and all you have to do is type the number and tap on the call button! If you want to view your contact list then clicking on the "contacts," short cut will bring up the stored contacts and you can easily scroll down, using the touch screen, efficiently. Once you have found the contact you want to call, double tapping the name will bring up all the details and a phone call to that person can be made. The phone also supports loud speaker, and because of is integrated stereo speakers, the voice clarity during your call is very good. The touch screen makes it easy to receive and answer phone calls, or similarly to end or reject a phone call.
--- Internet ---
The mobile internet is reasonably fast and supports Wi-Fi. The Wi-fi allows the user to connect to any wireless connection and makes surfing the internet fun and easy. Nokia has also introduced the "Ovi Store," which allows you to download handy applications of which some are free, and others have to be paid for. In my opinion, I find that most of the applications are free and if there not its not too expensive. Usually around a couple of pounds. The phone also has applications such as facebook, myspace, you tube and many more, and you can begin surfing these sites with a touch of a button. (I have found however, that videos are to slow and buffer to much whilst on you tube, but facebook and other social networking sites are completely fine to use).
--- Games ---
The Nokia 5530 is compatible with Java, and so can operate any Java software (including games). There is a 3d racing game, which is pre-installed already, and comes with the phone and uses the new sensor technology whilst playing the game. The game is played with the phone positioned sideways, and when the game is being played the phone turns into a steering wheel, where if you tilt the phone left the car moves left also and similarly tilting the phone towards the right results in the car turning right. This sensor technology is extreme fun and many games can be download to unlock the potential of this technology.
--- MP3 ---
You can look forward to the powerful mp3 player built in to give you hours and hours of music. Because the phone is an Xpress Music model, it has an internal memory of 4gb so that you can save up to 800 music tracks and can enhance its memory further with an external microSD card. The integrated stereo speaker allows you to play your tracks out loud with a very clear sound. You can also plug in a headset into its 3.5mm jack socket.
You can create your own play list with all your favourite songs so that it is easy to locate the songs you like most.
--- Camera ---
There is a 3.2 mega pixel camera which you can use to take quality pictures. These pictures can also be edited with the mobiles editing software, and you can use this to edit your pictures and change the brightness, add effects etc. The fact that the phone has a lot of memory means that many photos can be saved. Videos are also very clear and once again because of the internal memory being so high you can record multiple, long length videos.
This mobile phone is a very stylish, slim model, which not only looks good but also feels good to carry around. The 5530 supports many applications and its touch screen makes it easy to access them. The problems however, may involve the fact that the phone may begin to get slower with time, and so all applications may take time whilst loading. (However this issue is like most other smart phones also). It is a very easy phone to operate and use, and is perfect for anyone looking for a good looking phone with great features. This mobile phone is at a very good price according to its features. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a decent, low priced mobile phone.

** Original Source Mint and Tea Tree Shampoo claim to use 100% natural essential oils, and is not tested on animals**
I have tried many different shampoos to try and relieve my scalp of the flakes caused by of all the hair products (such as gels, waxes, hair sprays) I have used in the past, however no shampoo helped at all. I spent a lot of many on shampoos claiming to help with itchy scalps, product build-up etc although I never had any luck with these shampoos. I then stumbled across Original Source Mint and Tea Tree shampoo at boots at a brilliant price. Only £1! Looking at the price, I felt as though the product may be of cheap quality, however I still ended up buying it. (Its not like any of the expensive shampoos I had purchased were making any difference to my hair and scalp). That day I decided to use it. It was in a nice bottle and the green liquid color was quite appealing.(for the price the packaging was very decent). The bottle is quite big and can last you a very long time.
When I first opened the lid, I was welcomed to a very strong yet attractive scent. It was a minty smell and made me want to apply it to my hair immediately. So without further a do, I decide to put it on. After having bad experience with shampoos and building up a good lather, I had instantly thought that this shampoo would give me the same problem. I applied a generous amount, and rubbed it in gently. I was amazed to know that the amount I applied was more than enough to create a decent lather.
After washing it out, I felt a strange tingle in my scalp. I felt very fresh and revitalized and knew that it had to be working. A while later my hair felt very smooth and for once in my life there were no flakes in my hair! I carried on using the shampoo, and as days went by I noticed that the flakes were completely gone! No flakes, and my hair felt smooth and silky. My hair, after using this product, always smelled nice and I never had a problem with dandruff thereafter.
I do have to say however, that my hair felt dry on occasions. My hair is naturally very dry, but for some reason I felt my hair was dryer after using this shampoo for a while. Therefore it is necessary to buy the Original Source Mint and Tea Tree conditioner, which is also at the same price, to moisturize the hair.

*** What Is It? ***
Dax is a very well known brand, and is said to be the most ideal wax to style and sculpt hair. The Dax Wave and Groom (Also known as Dax Wax Red) is a very thick hair dress and is known widely for its ability to hold hair into any style desired. It works very well for short hair and can hold absolute all styles, including spiking and sculpting to your own needs, and can be used to bring out the natural wave pattern in your hair.
***How to use? ***
This wax can be used by placing a small amount between the palms, however I find you have to warm the wax up using a hair-dryer so that the wax is slightly melted and can easily be applied, and apply to clean, dry or damp hair. You can use your fingertips to style your hair to create a strong hold. In my experience, it is best to avoid applying the wax directly onto the roots of your hair, purely because this wax is extremely thick and is very difficult to wash out. Therefore, to avoid the product build-up in your hair it is best to apply onto the ends of the hairs instead.
Mineral Oil (Paraffinum Liquidum)
Well, there's not much I can say about this hair wax. It is indeed a great hair wax to sculpt hair into any style, and when I mean any style I mean absolutely any style known to man! It has a very nice smell to it and comes in a nice little red tin. It is very affordable at about £3, in which you get a very strong wax which lasts a very long time. ( I bought this wax nearly a year ago and the tin is still half full!) Only a small amount is needed to "wave and groom."
However, although it is a neat little product, there are many flaws to using this wax. The fact that it is very thick, makes it very difficult to apply to your hair. It is best to warm the tin up (I find using a hair dryer and heating the tin at the bottom gently, does the trick) and then applying onto the finger tips and styling accordingly. Not only is it a pain to have to keep heating the tin before every use, once you have applied the wax and are ready to wash it out. It is virtually impossible to do so! The wax is so thick that it makes it very difficult to remove with a regular shampoo. I find you have to wash your hair 2-3 times before the wax shows any sign of being removed for your scalp. I have often had problems removing the wax even after repeated washing, and find that my scalp becomes very greasy, and this is when the problems start. To much grease can lead to pores clogging up and product build-up, resulting in lifeless looking hair!
I also have found that this wax works well only for very short hair (it states this on the tin also). I remember buying this product when my hair was short and it worked relatively well. However, I let my hair grow for a couple of months and found that the wax did not work well! Every time I applied it, it would pull on my hair causing breakage. I have dry hair also, and applying the wax lead to my hair being pulled and causing further breakage. Therefore I decided this wax was not the best for longer hair and especially if your hair is dry.
Overall, This wax is great to use on occasions as opposed to everyday, as it is very difficult to remove. It is a very strong wax which can hold any style, although should be used with care as it may cause breakage if applied to dry hair. The product does clearly what it says however is not the best type of wax out there.
I would gives this product a rating of 5/10.

The story of Michael Myer's takes us back to the classic Halloween series, back in 1978, and has been remade better and badder than before. The first Halloween (2007) shows us how Michael Myers is brought up. As a ten year old kid he is bullied in school and hopes to feel a sense of peace at home. However, his home atmosphere is also depressing as his mother (Deborah) is a dancer at a local strip club and is constantly arguing with her boyfriend (Ronnie). Michael at a young age begins to withdraw himself from the public and begins his twisted doings. He begins to show signs of schizophrenia when he starts to torture and brutally murder pets for his own satisfaction. He hides behind a mask, which later is his identification of the mass murderer Michael Myers. He seems to hate all his family, although shows some sympathy towards his sister. On Halloween, Michael is bullied, and his anger is soon expressed when he runs away from school and follows the bully into the woods. He then brutally murders him. At home he is left with Judith (baby sitter) and asks her to take him trick or treating. However she refuses and calls her boyfriend over. Michael's twisted mind is at work when he murders Judith, her boyfriend and Ronnie however does nothing to harm his baby sister.
Soon after this, he is admitted to a mental asylum and is held prisoner there for 15years. As years go by, Michael grows to become a huge adult and begins killing. The first movie ends with the death of Myers...However he returns in the next hit movie Halloween 2.
This movie is a follow up from the first movie and is pretty much the same storyline, with Micheal's quest to reunite with his sister. However this movie has a sinister twist to it. As Michael carries on with his killings, he is plagued by visions of his dead mother. He is somewhat obsessed with his sister and is on the hunt while his ever growing thirst for killing wreaks havoc in Haddonsfield yet again. His dead mother is seen the movie and haunts Micheal Myers throughout. Is there anyone out there that can stop him?
Release Date: 9th October 2009
Running Time: 105mins
Director: Rob Zombie
Sheri Moon Zombie (Deborah Myers)
Chase Wright Vanek (Micheal as a child)
Tyler Mane ( Michael Myers)
Scout Taylor Compton (Laurie Strode)
Brad Douriff (Sheriff Lee Bracket)
Caroline Williams ( Dr.Maple)
Malcolm McDowell (Dr.Samuel Loomis)
Danielle Harris (Annie Brackett)
Margot Kidder (Barbara Collier)
Mary Birdsong (Nancy McDonald)
Brea Grant (Mya Rockwell)
I liked the movie even though the storyline is quite basic. Rob Zombie has done well to film this movie and has included some great visual effects. Rob Zombie has created this movie with a different approach which was done well. Instead of making this movie like all thriller movies which ramp on about serial killers, Rob Zombie has introduced a more sinister feel with a more supernatural approach. So not only do we have a psychotic maniac on a killing spree, we also have the haunting of his dead mother. This in turn resulted in the movie being put together nicely.
There wasn't much i disliked about this film. It may however be psychologically disturbing and at times it was too much for me to understand what was going on and what really was happening.
This movie is another great slasher movie, which takes gruesome to another level. The effects are excellent with a supernatural feel for all you horror fanatics. The sound effects are superb and really put you on ends! This movie is definitely one to watch and those who have seen the first movie will be pleased with the way the sequel has been made. I would give it a personal rating of 8/10.
