This Ipod is great for certain types of users but will be absolute hell for others. If you are a major music listener walk away now! The 2 Gig memory will not be nearly enough room for you to store your large music collection!
Now for the target market. This Ipod is for those on the move. One type of perosn that may particually like it is runners/ joggers. The small lightweight body is perfect as it will not be a hinderence. There is also a handy clip device which can attach to your clothes. This is great as it means you do not have to hold onto your Ipod while moving about.
The controls are easy. They are just simple buttons which you can use to play and stop and skip tracks. There is also a simple to use volume control.
The only issue is the lack of screen most Ipod users have become used to having. It is purely used for shuffle only. You can't go searching for a specific artist unless you keep skipping to find their songs.
Other than this it functions like any other Ipod. A great little buy for that sporty person you likes his running anthems.
They are also relatively cheap! Make good gifts!
This CD changer does what it says on the tin. It has room for up to 6 CDs which you can change from the seat of your car despite the fact that this device is fitted in the boot of your car. It is useful as it allows you to change CDs at the flick of a switch and not have to get out a new Cd and place it into a player. However, thats where the advantages end.
There is a major dissadvantage that would make me recommend not to buy this. The main one is the fact there is a large delay inbetween CD changes. For instance I found the delay was far too long. What seemed liked an eternity lay between changing between my AC/DC Highway to Hell and my Iron Maiden Number of the Beast album and this displeased me. I want to hear my music now! Not wait until my device feels like playing it.
Despite this issue I can't fault the fact the CD player does change CD's and is failry cheap in comparrison to some changers out there. Get it if you have a budget but if not look elsewhere for a CD changer!
At first when I played this game I found it tedious. The campaign was incredibly boring. I would not suggest anyone to buy this purely on the campaign mode as its not good. The missions are tiresome and the its just the same old thing you find in the previosu COD games.
The online play is fantastic. It's fast paced, exciting and there are plenty of guns and maps of numerous sizes so you will never get bored of playing.
The servers are good. When I say good, I mean good compared with the previous COD games. Connection in a game generally only fails perhaps 1 in 10 games so it is not too much of a problem but it can be annoying if your going for that winning kill!
This is my best feature on the game! It is highly enjoyable. You can play in teams of up to four online or offline. There are 3 maps to begin with and there are extra ones to buy which is of course your choice. Despite enjoying the game, I never felt the need to buy extra maps!
I was given this Ipod by my sister as she had upgraded to an Ipod Touch. I had yet to buy any form of Ipod and was looking into getting an Ipod touch also but I glady accepted this one as I was given it for free.
Let me tell you, this Ipod is excellent! Its small size makes it ideal for the everyday music listener to carry around in their pocket. I used it day in and day out and it was never a pain to carry around, in fact I possitively enjoyed the fact I had this device on me. I could now listen to music without the burden of lugging around my chunky walkman I had been using up to this point.
My next favourite feature is the easy to use control circle. It is simple and easy to use and allows the user to select tracks, albums or artists at one easy swipe. It can also be used for volume controls.
The sound quality is good. It's not amazing but it is perfectly adequate enough for the every day music fan although those who are music enthusiasts may wish for a better quality sound.
The 8 gig memory is perfect for someone who only wants to store about 800 songs or so. It is nothing to shout about though if you have thousands of songs as they wont all fit.
The battery life is great when you first get it. It wil last for 3 or 4 days of use assuming you use it four 2-3 hours a day. However, after a couple of months this will drop to about 2-3 days. This happened to me after using mine on a day to day basis. I found that this was not much of an issue as the charge time only took about 4 hours which is great because you can just charge your ipod over night.
The use of Itunes with this Ipod was average. Downloading Itunes onto your computer depends on the speed of you computer. Transfering songs onto the Ipod is quite slow though. I'm talking 2-3 minutes per album which can be frustrating if you with to download 5 or 6 albums.
To conclude, I would suggest this Ipod to any music fan who liked to listen on a daily basis. However, if you are a serious fan who wants to store lots of songs, you may wish to go for something with a larger memory!
