I originally bought my mouse for easier navigation for my laptop (obviously, why else would I?!). I bought the mouse for around £10 from a shop in Cyprus.
I use my mouse for work that requires a bit more precision or needs a faster moving cursor. (I say work, but I mean gaming and drawing things!). The mouse has standard right and left click buttons, as well as the scroll wheel in the center. It is very responsive and accurate on my desk due to the optical feature, as opposed to the ball. It glides really easily across any hard and smooth surface due to it's 4 low-friction pads. However, it's very hard to use on cloth and surfaces other than flat and smooth desks or the like.
It's really quite small, and you can't really rest your whole hand on it. It feels responsive and glides well across my desk. I did have a mousemat that I bought with it (Sort of flat cloth with a squidgy bit for your wrist) which worked perfectly, because it was brilliant for the smoothness of the mouse, and it was a good place to rest my wrist. So I would suggest buying a mat with it if you like that extra bit of comfort and accuracy!
-Weight + Portability-
Well, I have taken this mouse on numerous trips around the world, and the only real issue is somewhere to wrap the (rather large) cable! It is light as a feather and makes no difference to my suitcase/laptop bag weight at all.
This mouse is brilliant for playing games and generally using for applications that require more than a touch pad. It lacks in features, (Just the left + right buttons, plus the scroll wheel) so I wouldn't recommend it for gaming or anything like that. It is extremely portable, but feels a bit cheap and plasticky, so I would put it near the top of the suitcase!
