It goes without saying that Apples products aim to provide a sleek and stylish look; even with the smallest of items such as the magic mouse.
The mouse is wireless which gives great convenience and lack of tangled wires and requires two AA batteries. It would be more beneficial to have rechargeable batteries as standard batteries will drain much faster than you'd like, particularly with regular every day use.

The mouse also has one click function which gives you the space to click anywhere you like on the mouse without restricting yourself to a left and right click. Remember macs don't have a right click and right click functionality is enabled by holding the ctrl button on your keyboard and clicking normally, though if this confuses you as you are too used to classic pc mouse buttons, it is actually possible to alter your settings to enable these features.

In regards to the signal strength I can't say I have tested out the connectivity from a great distance as I only need the mouse next to my mac, but of course there have been no issues in regards to connection and runs just as smoothly as a wired mouse.
The magic mouse features touch sensitivity where you have the option to either slide your finger up and down the mouse to scroll through web pages as you would with the middle button on a standard three key mouse, or a "two finger swipe" either left or right to take you forwards or backwards whilst using internet browsers.

Arguably this particular mouse is rather pricey in comparison to other available models from either Apple or other brands, but does provide a sophisticated and modern touch to mac using. You could opt for a cheaper alternative if money is an issue, however if you have the pennies to spend on a reliable and easy to use mouse with a stylish edge then I would totally recommend this particular magic mouse.
