The Graphire restricted stroke abilities, however if you are on a budget and you only wa...

DrumBum Trust Wide Screen Design Tablet TB-7300
... reading many reviews online, I decided to purchase the Trust TB-7300 Tablet from amazon as I did not want to shell out £300 + on a Wacom and boy am I glad i didn t. My Trust tablet more than meets the requirements that I need and cannot think of a way that Wacom could improve on it. The box contains the tablet, a pen, a pen holder, a CD for the drivers and a CD for editing software, also included is a manual (with very small writing) Setting up the tablet is as easy as pie. Just pop in the driver CD and install the drivers, you can then plug in your tablet via USB and start using it straight away. I did not bother installing the provided software, instead I use Ad...

Jondot Wacom Bamboo
... absolutely fantastic. I paid something like £50 for this in PCWorld not that long ago, and it was certainly a sound investment. Personally, I think the Bamboo looks brilliant. Really sleek and sophisticated in that matt black colouring. Once plugged in via USB, the 4 buttons along the top of the tablet glow a lovely blue, which looks superb. These 4 buttons can be programmed via Wacom s software. Personally I ve got them set for undo , redo , new layer and ok for Photoshop, all of which were programmed in as key strokes, so essentially the sky s the limit in terms of what you want them to do. The pen is very nice too - it s made from a sort of soft-tou...

Tetura Wacom Graphire4 Classic XL
... purchased this tablet when it was first out and one of the best tablets available for home PC s. And to this date i am still using it. It wasn t cheap, around £140 but worth every penny. The accuracy of the pen is spot on and has variable settings including pen mode and mouse mode which mean switching between placing the pen on the the board in the position where you want you curser to be on the creen (pen mode) or placing the pen anywhere on the board wont move the cursor on the creen until you physically move the curser yourself (mouse mode). Being someone who used to do a lot of digital art i found the pressure sensitivity perfect - as long as you use an art program...
