We bought this simple mouse a few years back to use with our desktop PC. The main attraction of this mouse is its price & simplicity. Aside from online shops and ebay, this is the cheapest you will find if you walk into a typical PC World or Currys.
For the lowest price in the shop, you get a very basic mouse. It's design is not particularly smooth and it does not feel particularly comfortable to hold. On the plus side, the plastics that the mouse is made of are of good quality and durable.
The mouse is equipped with a scroller wheel which is a step up from the really basic versions you may be able to find cheaper elsewhere and with modern computers, the scrolling function is particularly useful. Moreover, the mouse is optical and uses a standard red laser instead of the classic ball set-up which means you do not have to clean inside the mouse.
I have since then bought a number of mice from ebay vendors for the laptops and found that you can get a much better deal price-wise and be able to pick a specific design that suits your taste as opposed to simply buying the cheapest option available in a large electronics store. Overall, the mouse is somewhat poor. It does the job, but its response rate is pretty slow, the design is not ergonomic and the mouse is overpriced for what it is because of the brand name.
The NetScroll 110, features advanced optical technology for smooth tracking with no maintenance necessary. Plus, the comfortable design feels great in either hand and the setup is easy - all you need to do is plug it in. With an improved shape and performance, even if you use it for a long time, you will still feel comfortable with the NetScroll 110.
