This hello kitty optical mouse design is just hello kitty's head and it the tradition design of the red bow rather than the other colours but I have seen this available with he light pink bow as well, the USB wire is also red and the pink mouse's wire in a light pink too. Although this does have a useful use of course there isn't a real need to buy one of these for anyone who isn't a big hello kitty lover you'll simply find this tacky however. The looks to me are endearing and very cute and this was close to the top of my list of HK items to purchase. This has no features except for the scroll wheel and the buttons, the scroll wheel in in the middle of the bow and each side of the bow are the buttons.

This is made of plastic and it does feel like it was cheaply made and that it could break at any time but the durability is really good I am extremely clumsy I don't know how I manage it but I always knock this off the computer desk and I always spill crumbs and drinks all over the place and this hasn't broken yet or had any chips, dents or cracks. The cable wire is rather generous considering it was only cheap, I don't know the measurements but it's around 120cm from my tower to my computer desk top and there is still a lot of length left over which does sometimes get in the way so I'm thinking of putting it behind the desk. There's no installation required for this it's USB and you just plug it into your computer.

I'm not sure if this is officially Sanrio because I bought this from Ebay but there is no sanrio logo, tags or packaging. This came from Hong Kong so chances are it is just a knock off as it came in a cardboard parcel box (of course) and just in a clear plastic bag, this was only £5 and I couldn't resist buying it.

Overall even if this isn't officially sanrio it's well made, cheap to buy. It looks amazing on your computer desk, I have lots of other accessories so it all looks great together, because it's an optical mouse it means that it doesn't lag as it's tracks the movements quickly. It works bets on a flat surface like all mouses and works best with a mouse mat, and looks even better if you have a HK mouse mat!
