Advantages: looks cool

Disadvantages: could have better range

In terms of design the mouse and its colours and pattern feature on top of it make it look very cool, however it appears to be an odd shape a look quite long. It is however quite an improvement in there older bigger model and this one is designed specifically for notebooks and for portability, it is still a weird shape however its now a lot smaller, a lot lighter and just a lot nicer to use from my point of view.
It is quite a funky colour too, its lime green and white colour scheme stand out making the mouse look retro but also really modern at the same time.
If you have a green dell then this is pretty much the exact same colour as that and it would really go with the laptop, in fact I think If I had a dell I would definitely get one of these.

The wireless signal can reach a quite normal 1.5 meters which is more than you need most the time however it cant be used for home theatre systems and around a living room like a lot of the longer signals moue's can. While in this range it never goes out and you always have good connectivity just like you would with a normal USB cable mouse.
It has three buttons, the left the right and a tilted scroll wheel that can be pressed in. this is great and I never buy a mouse anymore if it doesn't have one of these, altogether it looks like a very neat modern mouse.

Installation is easy, you simply plug the receiver into your laptop pc or Mac and you put batteries into the mouse and make sure the on switch is flicked. Within a few second it picked it up however with some computers and especially old ones you might have to follow a set up mode to install the new software, however this isn't usually necessary and you can usually start using your mouse straight away.
Altogether its quite a good mouse, its designed for portability and that's what its best used for. It would easily fit into a small compartment on a laptop case not taking up much room and also not weighing much at all. It takes 2 AAA batteries which last ages and it even has an automatic battery cut off so that your not wasting power when its not in use.

Summary: funky retro mouse
