Advantages: Nice to hold, Long cable, Optical

Disadvantages: Just a standard mouse, really.

I've been using one of these mice for about two months now, and I'm satisfied with the overall quality of the device.

Let's see what we have here. It's an optical mouse, so there's no mechanical parts to clog with dirt, and degrade movement accuracy.

This mouse has no problems coping with surfaces that are either reflective, or indeed un-even. (I can use this mouse quite nicely on my knee!) It's a nice accurate mouse, with no problems in the responsiveness department either.

The mouse will connect to your computer via a USB cable, which means that your PC must not be over two or three years old, since most PCs before that time probably will not have a USB port. On the plus side however, it's got a rather long (about 2 meters) cable attatched, so you won't have a problem if your desk is large, or your PC is physically located at a distance from your work area.

Ergonomically speaking, the mouse is definately comfortable to use. It fits nicely in the palm of your hand, and is of a symetrical design, so I presume it's equally suited to all you lefties out there!

This mouse could be considered a little expensive, since it is really only a bog-standard optical mouse - it's not going to light up or allow you to travel through time. But hey, at around £12 it can't be all bad.

Welcome to dooyoo!

I have just noticed that you have gone 'posting mad' and posted alot of reviews in this section at once.
Lol, I made a similar mistake when I started here (although they were simply copied and pasted from Ciao), and a wise man advised me against it - so I will pass that advice onto you :)

If you post alot of reviews in a short time, then they will often get overlooked.
In order to maximise your reads, you would be much better off posting a couple of reviews a week, so that people viewing your profile every now and again have time to digest them.

I also noticed, in reading your reviews, that you have a pleasant and concise writing style. However, the old phrase 'quantity over quality' seems to apply here - the reviews were all too brief, and in my opinion lacked the depth that is really needed for the higher ratings...

As said, your writing is good and shows promise, but I would urge you to spend a little longer in making each review of the highest quality that you can, rather than churning them out. Another tip is to read and rate other user's reviews as much as possible, in order to attract more attention to your own, and get to know the other users here.

This is intended as friendly and constructive advice, and I hope it is of use to you :)

I look forward to reading your future reviews here on dooyoo!

I've just been provided with one for my company laptop (Toshiba M100) which doesn't have any "legacy" ports (parallel, serial, PS/2), only two USB 2.0 ports. My old Logitech mouse is PS/2 and so won't connect and the Logitech Mouseware software doesn't work with the old mouse if it's connected through a converter bus like the Belkin one!
