The mouse comes with its own little plug adaptor so that its USB plug can, via the adaptor, be plugged in to a regular PC via the mouse socket (i.,e., making it a PS2 mouse). It really is one mouse for all!!

Labtec Optical Mouse 800 My choice of mouse has been optical since they first came out - this means that there is no roller ball and instead there is a laser-light that responds to movements and also means that while a mousemat is good it is not essential as the optical light perceives movement across pretty much any surface.
