Logitech Cordless Click! Plus Optical Mouse

I sit at a desk and use a computer all day at work and then some more at home! Obviously I'm a candidate for repetitive strain injury. A while ago I started getting pains in my right wrist - that's the hand I notmally use for holding the mouse - and tried adjusting my seat height, arm support, etc but nothing helped.
