It features a tilt wheel system (left and right scrolling), but I found it wasn't very useful and when it was needed, wasn't very intuitive to use, and it required the setpoint software (which is about 70MB) It features and invisible optic, so no more blinding red lights on the bottom of your mouse when you go to turn it off or replace the batteries. Firstly, this mouse is a wireless mouse, which means you get the mouse and the receiver, which is a little hub which runs by cable into a USB port. The mouse itself takes 2xAA sized batteries. It seems to be precise on my brown desk, but it is only 1200dpi, whereas current mice can go up to quite a bit more. The wireless aspect of it means less desktop clutter, and more free movement and control. The shape is sort of ergonomical, and feels pretty comfortable. It's also backed up by a 3 year Logitech warranty, which I suppose isn't too bad.
