When I first purchased this mouse, to replace my original, standard 2-button mouse, I was hoping for a fantastic, revolutionary replacement. I don't think I have been let down.

When I first got hold of it, and set it up, useage was slow and difficult to say the least. This mouse definately needs to getting used to!

I have been using a normal 2 button mouse for about the last 8 years, then moved to this mouse for about the last 5. As I say, progress was slow, and I was beginning to think I had wasted my money.

But never-the-less, I persevered, and after a month or two, I was fully competant in it's use, and found it's use MUCH easier than a normal mouse. It is FAR more precise, gives you better control, takes up less space (although it is bigger, it doesn't move around like normal mice do).

The contacts (under the ball) get quite dirty quite often, but they are easily cleaned, just by wiping the crud off every few weeks/months.

Here is a quick rundown of how it performs:

INITIAL SETUP: Extremely easy to install and setup, and get using (time taken: less than 5 minutes)

DESIGN: Fantastic, perfectly ergonomically shaped for the hand. At first use, it appears awkward, but you very quickly get used to it, and it IS better for you!

COLOUR SCHEME: There are 2 designs out there. The white one, and the grey one, I have both, and much prefer the white one, but it does show up the dirt!

USEABILITY: Much better than a normal mouse!

PRICE: Leaves a little to be desired, but is probably much cheaper now.

All in all, a good mouse, which I have greatly enjoyed using!
