Hello everyone and welcome to this review!
About a year ago I bought a lovely Dell laptop and when I opened the box I was suprised to see that this beauty was included FREE! Wow!

What is this logitech product?
Logitech wireless mouse is a computer mouse that does not have a wire! It works by sending wireless signals to the reciever via USB
This Mouse has quite a high value of around £30 so I thought this was very nice of Dell:) Mind you.... Nothing is free these days as they say!

The mouse that I had with my Dell was not retail packaged so unfortunately I cannot comment on that.. But! I can comment on the packaging supplied with mine:)
The packaging was the commercial packaging used when giving this handy mouse away with items, obviously Dell have some sort of contract with Logitech. The box was plain... Brown with Logitech Cordless mouse printed on the outside. Inside the box there was;
The mouse
The wireless reciever
Two Free duracell AA batteries ----Nice Touch!----
And instructions ofcourse:)

This mouse comes with a 5 Year gaurantee!!! Well mine did anyway:) so this thing should be lasting me a long time!
The mouse was very easy to set up, just pop the batteries inside... Plug in the wireless reciever. ( I couldn't help but notice how nice the reciever is on this mouse, Its like a little memory stick that plugs in a USB, Very handy.

When you plug in the wireless reciever a little box pops up on windows saying your new hardware is ready to use. Very handy:) Its plug and play technology...... No messing around with disks Yay.
On the bottom of the mouse there is a little on and off switch, I gave this a flick and woo hoo, my mouse was working, no annoying wires and I do not have to mess around with that rather annoying laptop touchpad!

The mouse is very responsive, a little nudge and your cursor moves, its like any normal mouse but allot smaller and easier to use. There are two buttons on the top and a cursor wheel.
The left and right buttons are well.. For left and right clicking:) and the cursor wheel is used for moving the page up and down, all buttons work well and are easy to click.

Logitech have designed this mouse to be ergonomic, lowering the chance of damaging youur hands and wrist while using the computer. As in the picture above^ you can see that your hand wraps around the side of the mouse allowing easy use. Its very comfortable to hold but it takes a little time to get used to!
Now being a wireless mouse... what is the reception like? It is fab! It goes to the other end of my house. Thats how good it is!

Now how long do the batteries last?
I have had this mouse for a year and hav used it everyday... Im only on my second set of batteries, pretty goood if you ask me. When the batteries run low there is a light on the top of the mouse that happily flashes red when they are in need of replacing. It one clever little mouse!
Overall this is a very good mouse, I would highly recommend it for use and being robust, I have dropped it loadss of times and its still going strong!
