Advantages: Reliable, good design, good quality
Disadvantages: Not amazingly cheap, just three buttons
It was getting to a stage where there were just too many wires and cables trailing all over my desk! This is mainly due to my mixer with multiple inputs and outputs from speakers and microphones to MIDI. These arent exactly things you can make go wireless, however the simple computer mouse and keyboard are!
After looking through several reviews (some on DooYoo infact) I found that the Logitech Wireless M305 looked to be a very reliable mouse. I paid around £24 on Amazon and got a quick delivery as I was desperate to try it out!
First things first, the second you feel the mouse it is very comfortable. There has been great design ideas to evolve it around the hand and how it works.
Another great design aspect of the mouse is that it is symmetrical in shape. Whilst this may seem ordinary, a lot of mice are shaped to fit the right hand. I am however left handed and if I need to switch hands for whatever reason when mixing, on the phone or any other reasons then it is just as comfortable to use and not an awkward shape.
When you use the mouse with the computer it is simple. A basic plug-in and play means even people with little computer knowledge will be able to use this fantastic peice of equipment within seconds of getting it out of the packaging.
The mouse itself has 3 buttons. The standard left, right and central scroll which is no different to any other mouse. One downside is that it does not have any other side buttons like you find on many other mice, especially of Microsoft brand.
Overall it has lasted well and is a great choice to use to definately clear some of that unwanted mess from cables and wires.
A definate reccommended purchase.
Summary: A great purchase for a regular computer user!
