Advantages: Value for money, An overall good mouse

Disadvantages: Small for larger-handed users

First of all - lets take a look at what you'll you need to use it.

- IntelliPoint version 2.2 (included)
- Windows 95-2000 or NT etc
- 12.2 MB HD space
- 3.5" Disk Drive

What it offers.

- Scroll Easily: Automatic scrolling, saving on constantly clicking on a scroll bar
- Zoom Efficiently: Zoom in and out of documents (in compatible applications)
- Work in Comfort: Designed to be comfortable. Raised back to fit in the palm, also curved side to allow relaxed easy grip whether right or left handed.

What it delivers.

Scroll: Nice feature that can be found on most mice now, with the wheel positioned in the centre, much easier scrolling. I found this smooth and effortless.

Zoom: I’ve not seen this before on a mouse, but it’s a handy little feature, simply holding down CTRL key while rolling the wheel zooms in and out. When exactly you'd ever thing of using it is another matter, if the range of programs that allowed it (currently on MS Office applications) was larger then perhaps it would be easier to get accustomed to.

General Design: Ok, so the most important is the actual shape of the mouse. I have quite large hands, and sometimes find myself getting cramps if I use the mouse for any length of time. The raised back is good, but for my large hands I find that the overall length is not enough. The wheel of the mouse is positioned a little too far inwards, meaning if I want to use it I need to reposition my hand.

Overall: A good mouse, not the best I’ve ever use but by now way the worst. If you have larger than average hands you may find it a little irritating to keep moving to use the wheel (sounds lazy, but think how much you’ll have to do it!!). If you have ‘normal’ sized hands then you should be fine.

Welcome to dooyoo! That was good for a second opinion. If I can just give you a huge piece of advice, typos in the title are seriously off-putting! It's the first part of the opinion people see, and it doesn't inspire a lot of confidence. It would be a shame for you to miss out on reads for something as trivial as that, as you have written a good opinion...
