I liked this so much at first, it's very sleek and black, the ergonomic design is stylish and feels good in my hand (Note: I'm female with medium sized hands and the mouse is perfect for me). It's definitely the most comfortable mouse I've had to hold.
Problems that have slowly developed are:
1) The Battery life is getting silly. The first AA battery lasted about 3 months, but the second and third only lasted 2 to 3 weeks, I was using Duracell's but have switched to rechargeable batteries now and will monitor how long they last.
2) And now the wheel is developing a problem. It's sticking ever so slightly, just enough to annoy me while scrolling, every 10 seconds or so it just sticks a bit, and I have to force it to go round. It means I lose concentration on whatever long article I'm reading.
I've been using it solidly for about 4 months, and for 20 quid it's useless, it's so infuriating, I would have given it 5 stars in the first month I liked it so much.
""This product with me""
I was given this mouse for free when I bought a new computer; I had never really used it because I had another one which was perfectly fine, until it broke! I then remembered I had this mouse and after rummaging around in several boxes I found it. At first I had no idea how to use it, but after looking through the manual I realised it was a pretty basic USB connected mouse (wireless). After plugging the receiver in and connecting it (which didn't take long at all) I was away. The mouse was surprisingly good, for the first few days of using it I found it to be a bit uncomfortable but shortly after my hand had adjusted and it felt completely natural using it.
""Responsiveness & connectivity""
The mouse connected within a few seconds and was very easy to use. It was as responsive as my previous one and it felt like I had more grip and control over it as it has rubber sides. The mouse has roughly 10 months battery life and will work efficiently up until the batteries completely run out. It has a four scrolling wheel which makes browsing very easy, it also has 4 customizable buttons which is good for accessing programs quickly and can help with gaming. It has a blue tracking system which, although I'm not sure what that means, provides you with great tracking and response to every movement
The mouse looks superb; the rubber sides give it a sleek, stylish look. It looks like a fairly normal mouse however I found that my hand fit perfectly onto it as there are curves and grooves to fit standard hand sizes. It is available in a few different colours (I have the white one) and it goes really well with my computer and laptop.
""Would I recommend it?""
I would recommend this product to most people - however people with bigger hands may find it hard to use. It is a very responsive piece of kit and will last you a long time, it also looks great!
This mouse is small, sleek, and has the bonus of a small transmitter.
I use this mouse with my Laptop because i dont really like its touchpad, and it is fantastic. Smooth at running across any surface (even the sofa when im feeling lazy) and has the blue light technology. I have never had any trouble with this laptop and signal, and i have used it to a fair distance away.
The few troubles i have with this mouse, are that the scroll has no click to it, and sometimes scrolls of too far than you meant it too. Also the battery life isn't parcitularily great, i have had to change the battery twice in about 8 months, which the manufacturer says only needs once a year or so.
Never the less it is a great quality mouse, and for the £25 ish that i paid for it, it is worth it. A friend of mine paid around £50 for a wireless mouse, and when compared to his, this one is a lot better i personally think.
