Advantages: No Cleaning, Optical Movement, Design

Disadvantages: None as far as I'm concerned

Fed up with surfing the net with your standard mouse and constantly having to clean the fluff from your ball then this is the answer to a fluff free ball the Microsoft intellimouse explorer.

This mouse uses the latest optical technology to do away with the standard mouse ball and so end the need to take your mouse a part to clean the various rollers inside.

The design of this mouse is perfect for even the smallest of hands and the mouse’s wheel makes surfing the web a dream, the buttons (there are 4 buttons) are all programmable to do what ever you like with via Microsoft’s supplied software.

The only thing I that found annoying, was until I got used to it, was the red light coming from the back of the mouse, but after a time you do get use to it.

They say you can use this mouse on any surface but I still prefer to use a mouse mat as this protects my computer desk and also protects the base of the mouse.

So I can now say that the mouse I use is of the neutered variety.
