Purchased the Microsoft Mouse with IntelliEye a few months back and it was one of the best purchases I have ever made for my PC. For those of you that don't know about this mouse, its a PC mouse with a laser at the bottom instead of a ball.

Now I play alot of mouse based games and found the old type mouses (ball ones) to be very annoying as when you rolled it it didn't always go where you wanted it to, usually because of the dirt. I purchased this ans WOW, you notice the difference straight away. Ok, when you move it like 500 miles an hour it won't keep up, but that is also the case for the ball based mouses, and theres no reason for you to move it so fast as you won't be able to stop it where you wanted to if you could move it that fast. The mouse fires a laser something like 1000 times a second so it really is good.

It also has a scoll wheel which comes in handy for viewing those long web pages. Once you get use to it, its really helpful.

These mouses retail at about £35 at Dixons, but if you go to a Computer fair you can pick them up cheaper. I got mine for £26 at a computer fair in Stratford east London about a year ago. There are other models in the market now, and they start at £25 each in Dixons/PC World.

If you use your mouse alot i'd recommend you go out and buy this mouse. Once you use it you will never go back to the ball based mouses.
