Advantages: Accurate operation, easy to clean ( if ever), extra buttons
Disadvantages: Cost- ridiculous, microsofts tab keeping software!!
Way overpriced I thought, when lookin for a new rodent friend in PC World a couple of months ago!!
Ahh, but, doesn't need cleaning!! Well, sometimes it does, I found that polishing ( sad I know) the little gliding pads underneath made it even better!! Use any furniture polish, just keep a firm grip on it afterwards ( the mouse ).
Never wiil I go to a regular mouse again, winds me up something chronic at work when the damn things get clagged up!!
I don't know if its just me, but can I h*ll as like find drivers for it on the net, ( lost disc), but Ive found that they aren't really needed anyhow. Just another way of Microsoft keeping tabs on people?
The extra buttons on the side are excellent, used for back/forward on the net, and as extra commands on games etc.
I also find it more accurate than a standard mouse, this is probably due to the magic eye reading thingy as written about in other ops..
Apparently its ambidextrous to, good for them lefty types then!!
Overall a good bit of kit...
