Do you have days when you're mouse seems slugglish and not that accurate, you're sicked and tired of cleaning the dust from it ? Well those days are over thanks to an optical sensor which now does away with the ball ! The beauty of this technology means that it's more responsive and you can use it on a lot of surfaces. I can ... Read the complete review

Getting this mouse was possibly one of the best purchases I have made. I play online games a lot so when the mouse ball used to stick in my old mouse it was incredibly infuriating when trying to aim. The Optical technology is a God send and I would reccommend it to anyone who has had problems with their mice before..Go and buy this now! The only ... Read the complete review

After years of bug ridden operating systems and some rather overpriced upgrades Microsoft does something right. The optical technology is great. Precise and easy to use and this put into a 5 button mouse is cool. After praising Microsoft, I feel that I must bring up one bad point. I have just brought a new PC and thought that Windows ... I've had it with the old mice. The rubber ball always gets dirty or picks up fluff and as a consequence it moves extremely unreliably and makes it harder than the Krypton Factor to open your files. But not anymore. I decided to buy the Intellimouse when I started web-designing. You've got to have a steady hand and a reliable mouse ... Read the complete review

Ever been playing a game that needs great precision and fast action from your mouse and your old ball mouse is on its last legs. No more fluff, no more crisps and bit's of chocolate gumming up mouse ball and causing your pointer not to move when you want it to. Buy a MS Optical mouse easy to setup up if you have a free USB port just plug and ... Read the complete review

After realising that it was time to upgrade to a new mouse, I decided to splash out a bit and purchase the new Microsoft Intellimouse Intelli Eye and boy was it a fine purchase. The new technology behind the ball-less mouse concept is brilliant. There is no dust, or bits picked up, you can use it on almost any surface except if it is reflective ... Read the complete review

This symmetrical mouse makes ideal for use by both right- and left-handers. The extra surfing buttons make it great for the internet and the optical technology removes the mouse ball so don’t need a mouse mat or have to clean the ball and rollers. I have had the mouse a week and it’s like the only mouse I’ve ever known. ... Read the complete review

Computer Mice – what a load of balls. Unless you're thinking of Microsofts Intellieye Pro which has dispnsed with the traditional roller and tracks movement using an innovative electronic eye. The “eye” photographs the surface 1500 times a second and uses the captured images to track direction, speed of travel and translates ... Read the complete review

As a serious Internet user (usually about 8 hours per day) I was looking for a way to make my surfing a better experience. A friend recommended the intellimouse optical. As a traditionalist a mouse without a ball was a very strange proposal. I decided to try this new mouse and boy was I glad. It is simply a dream to use. It really feels great ... When my last mouse broke down, that was it. I was fed up with cheap, no-frills mice which seemed to have the balls go haywire. Come to think of it. my last mouse wasn't even cheap and was barely eight-months old!!! Anyway, around that time my friends where saying good things about Microsofts Intellieye technology. Coming from a techie ... Read the complete review

This mouse is a must for all heavy internet users. I only bought mine yesterday and I can't believe how I managed without it. Although I was only planning on buying the normal intellimouse which is just a normal mouse with a scroller button, I had to buy the optical version when I saw it. This is a mouse which works not by the ... Read the complete review

This is Microsoft attmpt at reinventing the mouse. Although doing very much the same thing as any standard mouse this does just work exceedingly well. The isn't a whole bunch of new features that arn't supported by software such as wheel on the new mouse. This is good instead they have concentrated on making the most practical mouse ever. ... If someone says to you "optical", the last thing you think of is a mouse! Well, infact, mice nowadays are getting increasingly clever, and instead of sitting on your desktop with just two buttons as they did when I was younger, they have eyes!
