I've had one of these mice for years now. When I got it, it was brand new and from what I could see was clearly the best mouse available. The massive sensitivity and the ability to change profiles on the fly made it incredibly easy to use for anything from twitch FPS gaming to slow strategy games (both of which I enjoy).
The mouse itself is very well made. It's solid, with no signs of damage even after a couple of years of hard use. The mouse is made of solid plastic with some sort of soft rubber-like material for the buttons that makes them feel just right beneath your fingers and prevents any chance of slipping. The central wheel has nearly become stuck on occasion, but each time it was fixed by turning the mouse upside down and shaking out whatever crumbs of food I'd dropped in there to cause the problem.
The main reason that I purchased it was how good it looks. The lights are bright and look lovely, and the logo pulses - it's quite nice sometimes to turn out all the lights and watch the light of the mouse on the ceiling (I used to be a bit of an insomniac - it helped to have something simple to watch and distract me).
I did have a problem with the mouse about 6 months ago in that it didn't like it when my computer went to sleep. When the computer woke up, the mouse wouldn't respond, and I had to unplug it and then plug it in again. This was rather annoying, and eventually I started searching on the web for a way to fix this. Unlike a lot of other mice, this one can take a firmware update, and there was one published that addressed this issue. I installed the update and have had no problems since. With the update, I cannot recommend this enough.
I bought this mouse primarily for FPS gaming and have not been dissapointed, the driver suite is comprehensive and it is possible to change the DPI on the fly along with bind specific buttons for specific programs. Multiple DPi profiles can be setup and saved onto the mouses inbuilt memory keeping your settings sound you reinstall. In terms of shape I like it, although perhaps not as much as my old logitech MX700. Left and Right click are large buttons that are easy to press, mouse buttons 3-7 on the left and right sides of the mouse i find are sometimes difficult to press, although by default these only change the sensitivity. The copperhead feels quite light and is very easy to move, especially when using a quality mouse pad. The blue LED's look awesome, although if you leave the computer on overnight they can get a little bit annoying. In terms of tracking this is one of the best mice i have ever used.
I bought this mouse because I was looking for a good optical mouse for gaming. The mouse lays very good in your hand, it gives a good counter pressure and buttons feel pretty good. The adjustable speed rate (number of DPI's) ensures that you can set the mouse specifically for each game. It is also possible to use multiple profiles, so that the mouse can be adjusted to your wishes in only one single click.
I personally think the design is very beautiful. The mouse is covered in black with light-blue color effects. Especially the 'beating' Razer logo makes this mouse complete.
After a while, I noticed that this wasn't the most reliable mouse I've ever had. The mouse does not always responds to commands (especially the left mouse button; sometimes it just fails or it double clicks). After I went to the shop with it, I just worked fine again.
