Advantages: Everything about it
Disadvantages: The material used on the surface of the mouse, although decent does make sweat show up
First Gaming mouse i have ever bought and simply WOW.
When i first considered buying one i thought to myself who in their right mind would spend £40 on a gaming mouse, it cant make much difference but how this mouse proved me wrong.
For those who play Unreal Tournament, Rainbow 6, Quake Wars this mouse is a must.
The design on this mouse is perfect, it fits smuggly within your hand and for the average person this mouse isnt too small that your having to really grip the mouse and its neither to big making it hard to move.
The actual mouse is made out of a sort of smooth yet rubbery surface, so it allows for movement so your hand will grip where its comforatble but it has a bit of grip on it.
All the buttons are nicely laid out, with 2 on the top and then the scroll and scroll button in the middle which is handy. Also there are two buttons on the left of the mouse, each easy to reach and perfect if your assiging them to different weopons on a game.
The design also includes illuminating symbols, there is the Razer symbol which lights up and fades away which is really cool and the blue light just makes your computer look awesome. The scroll button also has a permanant blue light on. However for those who dont like it, dno who that would be, it can be switched off via the drivers.
The drivers have everything you need, with sensitivity and DPI settings. The DPI of this mouse if 1800 which is more that sufficent and those mouses over this amount is just OTT as its physically not possible to be that accurate due to human error.
The drivers although simple can be problamatic and have caused the dreaded blue screen of death at times.
OVerall the mouse is fantastic and i would recomend Razer to anyone after a gaming mouse.
Summary: Fantastic Gaming mouse, a must have for those UT and counter strike fans
