Wacom Bamboo ... absolutely fantastic. I paid something like £50 for this in PCWorld not that long ago, and it was certainly a sound investment. Personally, I think the Bamboo looks brilliant. Really sleek and sophisticated in that matt black colouring. Once plugged in via USB, the 4 buttons along the top of the tablet glow a lovely blue, which looks superb. These 4 buttons can be programmed via Wacom s software. Personally I ve got them set for undo , redo , new layer and ok for Photoshop, all of which were programmed in as key strokes, so essentially the sky s the limit in terms of what you want them to do. Wacom Intuos3 A5 Wide ... have owned the Graphire 3 wacom and this one, I can t actually notice so much difference, but maybe I would if I went back to the graphire! This is really the thing for anyone who wants to digitally paint, the only thing better is the Cintiq, which costs thousands of pounds! This also has the added advantage over the Cintiq that your hand doesn t cover any of the painting area as you work! This has 1024 levels of pressure sensitivity, twice that of the Graphire, which means this would act much more like an actual pen. Wacom Bamboo One ... bought the Wacom Bamboo One purely because I wanted a graphics tablet for use with photoshop, and being a typical student I wanted the cheapest one I could get, so to be honest I wasn t expecting it to be as amzing as it is! At £23.90 from Pixmania this graphics tablet is a little gem at a bargain price! The active area of the tablet seems small, at 128 x 93mm but for me this is a perfect size, you really dont need it much larger as it corresponds with the screen and you can zoom in etc on the programme in order to draw extra detail.
