After reading many reviews online, I decided to purchase the Trust TB-7300 Tablet from amazon as I did not want to shell out £300 + on a Wacom and boy am I glad i didn't. My Trust tablet more than meets the requirements that I need and cannot think of a way that Wacom could improve on it.
The box contains the tablet, a pen, a pen holder, a CD for the drivers and a CD for editing software, also included is a manual (with very small writing)
Setting up the tablet is as easy as pie. Just pop in the driver CD and install the drivers, you can then plug in your tablet via USB and start using it straight away.
I did not bother installing the provided software, instead I use Adobe Photoshop and the tablet works fine with it. As it is pressure sensitive, you are able to vary the width of the line being drawn by changing the amount of pressure that you use. The tablet also works fine in Painter X with the pressure sensitivity.
On the tablet itself are two wheels; these can be used to zoom in and out or scroll with ease. Around the edge there are also 34 shortcut buttons that can be set to what you like, the shortcuts can also change depending on the program open.
Overall this is a great piece of kit and well worth the money.
