Microsoft Basic Optical Mouse:
... s not so very many years since one of the regular chores for the computer user was the ritual cleansing of the mouse ball, something as alien to most modern users as punched cards, valves or Netscape. This routine usually involved undoing a catch on the underside of the mouse, extracting the ball, dropping it, swearing, accidentally kicking it under the table, swearing again, grovelling around on your hands and kn... Wacom Intuos3 A4 USB ... am a fashion designer/illustrator and I always do print drawings free handed on to photoshop using my 3rd generation Intuos wacom..my first wacom was the Graphire and then I decided that I needed to upgrade to the Intuos as the Graphire was way too basic (I believe Graphire is now discontinued-simular function to the Bamboo). The Graphire restricted stroke abilities, however if you are on a budget and you only want something for simple access then I would recommend the Graphire/Bamboo as its more simple and easier to begin with! As a designer I love my intuos, at the beginning it is hard to get used to drawing with, as it is quite sensitive..but once you have mastere... Logitech Optical Mouse ... Optical Mouse After years of messing about with new and flashy computer mice, whether cordless or bluetooth or what ever they were I bought; I finnaly gave up and bought the simpliest thing I could find on the market. I had a very simple criteria for my next mouse: * Durable * Plug into any computer and work straight away * Lightweight * Corded - so I didn t have to mess about with batteries or chargers * Have a scroll wheel * Work optically, so no more balls! This mouse ticked all of my boxes and then some. It did everything I wanted it to do so well. It is such a good mouse that I take it for granted, and whenever I use any other mice I am dissapointed. Logitech G5 Laser Mouse ... Logitech G5 was my first proper gaming mouse. For around £35 - £45 this puppy is a great gaming mouse. This revision is incredible. 3 DPI settings, 400, 800 and 2000 allow you to switch between different sensitivity settings. At 400 your cursor will track slowly across your screen and would be great for touching up Photographs in Photoshop. I tend to use the 800 setting, which I believe is fast enough for me @1920x1200 gaming resolution. I tried 2000 but haven t got use to it, at this setting your cursor simply flies! The patterned-stroke-textured grip holds your fingers firmly in place even when clammy from prolonged gaming sessions. You must make sure to clean it...
