If you are a person who like me uses things such as Skype then you will know how improtant a good quality microphone actually is. When looking for a microphone I wanted one which was from a reputable brand but also one which I believed was good value for money. After looking at this one from Logitech I decided to purchase it because I was pleased with the information that I was given regarding it.

Price

The price for this Logitech microphone was just over £12 when I purchased it. I thought that this was a very good price seen as though it was also from a good brand. I think the maximum I would of paid was £20 so I was happy when I found this one which was a considerable amount less. You could find yourself paying around £10 - £15 more for a microphone which really doesn't offer much more in terms of quality.

Description

The microphone once taken out of the packaging is very easy to use. With it being very slim and stylish the microphone really won't take up much space on your desktop. You just simply plug it in and stand it up next to you and just press and the microphone plays. Even though when I first got it out of the packaging I didn't think that it looked that stable. After placing it next to me I found that the stand which held the microphone up was very strong and looked durable.

Sound Quality

This was the thing I was most looking forward to finding out whether or not it was of a high enough standard. After I had set it up I tried it out on Skype and I was very pleased with how well the sound quality actually was. Obviously you can tinker around with the settings so your happy with everything but this will take a maximum of 2minutes. When talking to people who were on the other end of it they said that the noise was very clear and easy to understand.

Overall

With this now available for around £10 I think the price is one which is really tempting for people. With microphones being used far more often now I do not see why this specific one will not be taken into consideration. With it being so easy to use and also being so clear I don't see another microphone out on the market today which will offer you better value for money.
