all in all I would say that this microwave does its job, it heats food up to an edable temperature, there are however a couple of issues that i have found with it, the timer on this is not at all acurate and I usually use a kitchen timer to make sure that food is in the right amount of time, it also sometimes doesn't cook the food properly and a few times i have been left with food that is burned on the outside but frozen in the middle, i'm not to sure how this happens so it might not be the fault of the microwave but for this to happen a few times i am starting to think it is. it is easy to clean out and looks respectable. another issue i have with this product is the lack of functions, usually microwaves have a defrost option, this is what i always used to use on my old microwave, with this not having this option sometimes makes is very difficult to prepare meals , i always have to plan ahead. I would say that it is good value for money as it is cheap but as the phrase goes "cheap and cheeful" which i must say it is it has little querks that are annoying but from a cheap microwave it isn't going to be perfect.
