We have owened our Daewoo KOR6Q8GSL for approximately two years. We initially choose it because we wanted one with touch controls, and that was at least 800 watts, higher wattage means more power and less cooking time. This one had both of those and we also liked the design.
There are three buttons on the outside Reheat, Stop/Clear, Start / Speed Cook, all the other touch controls are on the inside and can only be seen when you open the door. I think this gives the Daewoo KOR6Q8GSL a very sleek and stylish look with no nooks and crannies to trap the dirt.
I have found it quite easy and simple to use. The touch controls inside are quite self-explanatory. It has a five menu auto -cook system, auto defrost for meat,fish or poultry plus all the normal controls. To be honest as with most things, I have only ever used half of the functions. I find it hard to get excited about a microwave and this one has sat unobtrusively in my kitchen being used everyday of the week, without me giving it a second thought. It has always worked well and with a quick wipe over with a damp cloth it still looks as good as new.
