Even when it was working it was no better than our ancient microwave that it had replaced. It took a lot longer to cook the porridge for instance, and yet my old one was 800w rather than 1000w. Maybe that was because it was leaking even then. No way of knowing now, but I wish I had my old microwave back again! At least that was safe and the door was straight!

Packed in after less than 2 weeks! Panasonic took it for repair which took 2 more weeks and several days of staying in waiting for it to turn up as promised. Their service centre returned it with a wonky door that made our microwave tester go to the end of the scale. Lousy service and very difficult to deal with. Panasonic seem to take no responsibility for their products. It is all about shifting the blame. Even when it was working it was no better than our ancient microwave that it had replaced.
