---design and price--- The microwave is quite smart looking, it is white with a glass door, and all the buttons are digital and located on a completely smooth surface panel to the right hand side of the door. The bumf on Amazon says its 20 litre capacity, and it certainly hold everything I need it to hold including large dinner plates. It is an 800w microwave with a 1000w grill and is available currently on Amazon for 79.99. The control panel has a digital clock at the top, which when not in use will tell you the time (if I ever bothered to set it) but also informs you of the length of time and function you are choosing, and the time left to run whilst the machine is in operation. Below the time there are 3 buttons to choose between microwave, grill or a combination of the two. The next buttons down are for setting the time. There is a 10 minute, a one minute, and a 10 second button. Using a combination of all these you can set the exact time you wish. The next buttons down give you the choice of microcook, combicook or auto defrost. Using these buttons and the further set of up or down buttons to select the weight of the item the machine will decide for you how long to cook an item, and has a small list written on the control panel for you to choose between. After these you have the usual stop/cancel button and the start button, plus the door open switch which is the only mechanical switch the machine has. ---How is it in use--- I find this microwave incredibly simple to use. The function system is idiot proof and I can do it with my eyes closed (practically). I must admit I have almost never used the grill function or combi function, preferring my gas cooker grill for browning, mainly because I have a few things on top of the microwave and the top does get rather hot when grilling. The only auto setting I use is for defrosting, but the machine normally under times this and I have to put my frozen food back in for a further defrost after it has stood for a while. ---cleaning--- The machine is lovely to clean. It is white inside and out so all spills can be easily seen to wipe away, an the controls panel is one flat area so wipes clean easily. The glass plate inside and the plastic ring of wheels it sits on both remove to be washed up in the sink if necessary, and then slot back into their places easily. ---conclusion--- Overall I am very pleased with this microwave. It does what I expect it to, is large enough to take everything I want, looks smart and modern, and is easy to keep clean. I particularly like the accuracy and the modern sleek look of a digital control panel.
