Advantages: Can cook anything

Disadvantages: unable to find bakeware that fits

I've been using this product for about 1 month now. I never had used convection before, and am pleased with the results. I use it 2-3 times a day. I have figured out mostly how to adjust the cooking times for some stuff, like there is no recommendations for grilling brats, so instead I cook it like a hamburger, but it doesn't take near as long. I've baked pies & turnovers from frozen, made microwave entrees, popcorn snack packs...reheated coffee, heated milk for hot chocolate, and make hot cereal almost every day. I made pork chops one night, and they turned out so much better than even cooking on the bbq, (I marinated them with mesquite marinade--yummy!). I almost messed up when I got it though; I tried to remove the 'wave guard', thinking it was just a piece of cardboard...luckily, I finally found out I was supposed to leave it on...I think there should be a removable label, quite visable when you open the door after unpacking, warning people not to remove the guard. All in all, I'm really happy with this product, although I hadn't expected it to be so big & heavy. I'm a petite person, and it was a chore getting it up on the counter. . I would like to buy bakeware to fit in it, but almost everything I look at is way too big. I guess I could go to the Sharp website and find out what size to use, but I don't want to spend a lot of money for bakeware I could buy elsewhere for less.
All in all, I really like this appliance...if anything changes, I'll rewrite.
