This model was bought for a mere £95-01 including delivery, and replaced a 15 year old Sharp R891 combi which lost its microwave capability abruptly one day. The original cost of the oldie came close to £300, and to my eyes looked more sleek and modern with a flush handle-free door and more logically laid out touch-buttons rather than this model's scattered membrane covered squares. The only other slight downside is the garish blue display. Saying that, the size and overall construction are remarkably similar, and its microwave performance seems to be more consistent - hotter, yet with with no hotspots! For the price, a remarkable bargain, and I'd suggest buying asap before the model disappears forever. The nearest combi rival is the £147 Panasonic, yet this lacks the Sharp's lower grill which is fantastic for crispy home-made pizzas without special accessory plates. Marks: 10 out of 10 -unhesitatingly.
