	Sharp R-750AM ... like most people mainly use my microwave oven to defrost food and heat meals up quickly. Well it does this very well. One nifty little feature is that you can tell it what type of food you are trying to defrost/cook and it will do a lot fo the hard work for you. They call this sens & cook, it works really well with tinned food (such as beans) and vegetables and they come out nice and crunchy rather than really sloppy (the veg that is not the beans LOL). The power output on it is fairly high but as you have the sens and cook theres really no need to guess how long to cook a meal for, or get a degree in Maths to work it out. ... 	Sharp R652 ... of the sharp microwave sin the new ranges seem to provide an absolutely amazing number of features for the price. They have thisinbuilt cookery unit which takes care of most of the usual tasks with minimal fuss. The dual grills are perrect for pizza and the oven function works a dream for baked potatoes. The microwave itself is very highly rated in terms of power and so most cooking instructions don't cover it's settings. Needless to say this reduces required cooking time dramatically. The microwave is a bit big in terms of size but then again we can cook a turkey at christmas in it with little bother or butchering to make it fit. ... 	Sharp R-750AM ... ovens are a versatile appliance that can be used to produce a very wide range of dishes in a quick and energy efficient manner...of course most of us use them to warm up baked beans but maybe that's beside the point! The Sharp R-750AM microwave with grill has several useful facilities that aren't included on all models. The oven has automatic settings to cook and defrost a range of different foods, things like joints of meat, baked potatoes, crispy crumb foods (chicken nuggets for example).
