PC World:
... EXPERIENCE OF PC WORLD IN STOCKPORT Pc world has many stores worldwide so you would expect them to be a professionally organised business, sadly, in my experience this is not the case. I visited my local store as I was searching for extra memory for my kids desk top, (and also to browse the selection of laptops they had on offer). I looked online to make sure that the store had the correct memory module in stock ... Read the full review: PC World by blissman70 |

Novatech ... motherboard bundle, it didnt work, tech support told me post it. said they would phone me after fault was found and offer replacement or refund. phoned me after fault was found, said bundle was on the way to me, no refund offer was made. told them about it, said it was sent to me in error, they arranged for it to be picked up. they said when i returned it the first time, they should have arranged for it to be picked up anyway. i paid £20 to return it, it was the only choice, as cheaper postage only gave package £34 insurance. the bundle cost £250, so i paid for the dearer postage. their site said that postage would be refunded after fault was found. guess what, i g... technoworld.com ... the products were out of stock, was informed of that and told that the item will become reavailable in one week s time. Checked on some other websites and everyone was showing zero in stock hence decided to stick with them. I was alerted by e-mail and later a call when they became in stock. It was useful to be able to see exactly how many they had in stock and offered a prenoon delivery for the next working day delivery price that I was paying. Ordering was very straight forward and delivery was inside the time scale quoted. Overall level of service has been very good. The price offerd by Technoworld was only 68 P more than another website, but the co... Read the full review: Best online company by RobertJones1983 |

Some 14 months after I purchased my MD 8818 from Aldi Australia, it began playing up. It stubbornly refused to boot. In my despair, I contacted Medion s Helpdesk. I was told to turn off the computer, disconnect all accessories using USB plugs, then start it again and reconnect the accessories. This seemed to work. I was told to try this for a week. If the problem recurred, I should contact the helpdesk again and I was given a repair number. Although very awkward having to di... Read the full review: False Economy by Ulla66 |
