Aria TechnologyNewest Review: ... try, Posting again thru the royal mail, Hoping this time my RMA wouldn't fail, Twenty six out of the twenty eight working days later, My confidence in Aria was beginning to waver, For in that time no response was heard, As a result my irritation was spurred, A phone call to Customer Services, Made me appreciate the attraction of abscesses, Painful they may be but usually brief, My phone ... more |

I have ordered from Aria 4 times. The first time my order arrived and was complete - no problems except with the brusk call handler. The second order was placed but after 3 days had still not been actioned by them even though the items appeared as instock. I cancelled and obtained from another supplier. The third time, I ordered a laptop and it arrived next day AWESOME! Recently ordered 800Mhz Laptop RAM from them and was sent 667Mhz. Pointed out their error, was told that I must have made the error and would have to return it at my expense even though it isn't my fault! My company builds custom PC's and I find this "service" unacceptable. I think I shall stick with Novatech - fast, friendly, efficient and great value. Aria, you've lost ANOTHER customer.

Aria, Aria you don't care do ya? Products may be cheap, as cheap as a cup of cha, And delivery leave you tickled pink, But why oh why do you use citylink? Weeks ago I received a hard drive caddy, So for the next Vista problem I'd be ready, Only to find a few weeks later, Vista had out lasted my OS saver, Three weeks of a rma, Thru which I did pray, To receive an icybox anew, Only to once again end up feeling blue, RMA a second time I hear you all cry, So, heeding your words this I did try, Posting again thru the royal mail, Hoping this time my RMA wouldn't fail, ... After shopping around for several weeks for a supplier of components I settled on Aria based on the prices. A couple of items could have been purchased elsewhere slightly cheaper but when postage was factored in Aria worked out the best overall price. Goods ordered at 1am in the morning, dispatched in the afternoon and received the morning after. Everything was well packed and had the system built and running within a day. Very pleased. My only critisicm is I didn't get a tracking number but after a quick call to customer service they provided this. I found the superspecial link on the main page to be great for bulking up your order with ... Read the complete review

It is so typical that the only time people will bother to write a review is when they have had a negative experience. There are always a handful of people that may not have had the outcome that they hoped for, but in general the customers that have had a pleasant experience won't bother to find a review site to post positive feedback. I have used Aria for years and have never had any problems. I always get delivery within one to two working days, goods that I have returned have always been credited or refunded, customer service have always been helpful and have suggested alternative products that would fit my spec should an item be out of stock. I believe ... Read the complete review

DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!
i bought a faulty stick of ram on friday but couldn't return it until tuesday because their returns desk was closed!!!
Anyway took it back on a monday and they tested it but said that was fine!! I explained that the problem did not show up until the memory got hot!! They would not give me a refund even though they know me from over the years as a customer and an IT technician. I explained that I had used the online memtest and that it had been reported as faulty!!!
Anyway after half an hour arguing and quoting the sale of goods act at them they decided to give me a credit note!!!!!
For a quite life I accepted it but will never go back again! They are scum and have no interest whatso ever in customer LOYALITY
Summary: They are ruubbish!!!!!!!
