Disadvantages: Absolutely Pathetic Customer Care, they don't give a damn about you!!!

Boy is this by a country mile the worst company I have ever dealt with; they just don't give a damn about you once they have your money. Their prices may be reasonable (there are cheaper) but if you have a problem you are up against it. Four 1 hour waits on the phone listening to a recorded message telling you just how valuable you are to them and how wonderful their customer care is (believe me it is non existent) and then you get the same obstinate uncaring person spinning you the same line every time when the telephone is eventually answered. They ignore your emails so you have no alternative other than to ring them. I even sent a letter special delivery to their Managing Director and even he couldn’t be bothered to contact me so obviously the non existent customer care comes straight from the top. Believe me I am not typing this condemnation of Aria lightly but I feel I have to warn people that they take a big chance when they buy from this firm.
My order for £150 was placed on February 1st, it is now March 9th and I still have not had the goods or have been given any idea when to expect them (they are all in stock). I have heard nothing from them for a fortnight, hence the letter being sent to their Managing Director who has ignored it just like his employees have been ignoring me.
I am having to go to Trading Standards and my credit card company to try and get my money back, why should I have to resort to that. Believe me it is worth paying a couple of pound extra to avoid this company, stay well clear of them. I won't be using them again.

Summary: Avoid at all costs, because you'll be very sorry if you've got a problem.
