Aria Technology sell faulty goods (Aria Technology)

Advantages: None Disadvantages: Awful service We bought all the parts to build a PC from this lot in August. Windows would not load when it was put together; we emailed them for some support and got nothing. Eventually we decided after no answer from them at all to return the motherboard. A month later still no answer despite countless emails to chase. We call their premium rate line, they say no fault, and we agreed to send everything back as obviously something is faulty. A month later, no response, we call and it's a faulty stick of RAM despite it passing the bios. A month later they still have our money and all the parts at which time I have to threaten trading standards. Never buy anything from them! Its cost us a phenomenal amount of money in postage, calls and time and we still don't have the parts back or our money. They even tried to argue they were doing us a favour scheduling the return of our goods on a Saturday as it 'costs more to deliver on a Saturday'. I am sure that if I didn't constantly chase them they would not have returned our goods at all. Summary: Aria Technology the worst returns service ever. |
