I bought my motherboard and RAM from this Company due to another store being sold out over the Christmas period.
So I look online at what looks like a great website but that's where the good points go. They are very quick to sell you the products and deliver them but when things go wrong then that's a different story.
Having bought from 2 places for my PC I initially take the PC to a busy computer store and the Technician happily looks at it as a goodwill gesture knowing that I didn't buy the motherboard from there. He see's that it wasn't working properly and said it's best to go to aria with motherboard only.
So I get to aria and the technician greets me with an upside down smile and vocalises some word. He then says do you have your invoice. I said that I bought it online and that you could search my details.
He went to the back and said couldnt find anything.
I expected him to help but he did nothing else...I then asked what should I do...he said to ring customer services when you get home to get your details as he kept saying he's busy
Knowing that he was flogging me off, I stayed in the shop and went to a till and met another non smiling member of staff...but he did find my invoice and I went back to the technician
and he then checked the Motherboard and said there's nothing wrong with it...
So far for 6 months I've had all USB ports affecting my keyboard and flight yoke as they connect and disconnect every now and then during the day.
I know the keyboard is not broken as I am typing fine on my laptop...
IT's just a massive contrast that I took the PC back to the bigger busier store where the friendly 1 man technician put my pc back together for me...I didnt pay him anything so obviously he cannot fix it yet, but I will go to this other store when I can...it's still the motherboad that is faulty and is under warranty
