Aria, Aria you don't care do ya?
Products may be cheap, as cheap as a cup of cha,
And delivery leave you tickled pink,
But why oh why do you use citylink?

Weeks ago I received a hard drive caddy,
So for the next Vista problem I'd be ready,
Only to find a few weeks later,
Vista had out lasted my OS saver,

Three weeks of a rma,
Thru which I did pray,
To receive an icybox anew,
Only to once again end up feeling blue,

RMA a second time I hear you all cry,
So, heeding your words this I did try,
Posting again thru the royal mail,
Hoping this time my RMA wouldn't fail,

Twenty six out of the twenty eight working days later,
My confidence in Aria was beginning to waver,
For in that time no response was heard,
As a result my irritation was spurred,

A phone call to Customer Services,
Made me appreciate the attraction of abscesses,
Painful they may be but usually brief,
My phone call had left me in stunned disbelief,

Goods as we all know should "be fit for purpose",
And please believe me when I say I wasn't trying to cause a rumpus,
As I pointed out that I'd seen the product for only 9 out of 16 weeks,
The rest of the time, it had spent with their geeks,

The idea of a refund to me occurred,
But to Aria a credit note was preferred,
No amount of discussion would allow me to dissuade,
The customer service rep true to his script he stayed,

Enough of this I cried, I can take no more,
It's now time for me to use the law,
Receiving advice from a learned friend,
Breaking the terms of their rma we intended to contend,

A stern email was drafted then penned,
(I know, I know, you're all thinking will this ever end;)
But good news was on horizion for those who wait,
A refund sent thru and a promise to investigate,

Let's get this straight that it's not Aria themselves that I wish to malign,
Just merely that their entire customer services team should resign,
Oh such customer service woes, makes me want to hurt someone's toes,
That may have been better than to compose, such doggerel like this prose.

Summary: NO, step away from the keyboard.
