Disadvantages: mediocre customer service

Good prices, but I didn't get the item I ordered the day after I ordered it. I placed the order at 3pm on a Tuesday, but it was not despatched from CCL until the next day. So next day delivery is a bit of a myth. When challenged about why the in-stock item, which was ordered before 3pm, was not despatched on the day of order, no reply was forthcoming from their Retail & Trade Sales Advisor.

Summary: don't go here in a hurry!
