Next day promised, next day price, five days of awful service!! (CCL Computers)

I was looking to buy a new laptop as my current one was getting a little old.

CCL are basically an online specialist for computers, laptops and computer components and peripherals. I was also impressed as they claim to be an award winning company.
Although the prices at CCL are quite attractive, the stark reality is a very poor level of service and is really not worth the hassle.
I placed an order for my laptop very early on a thursday morning with a supposed guarenteed next day delivery for which I paid a premium.
They were very quick at accepting the order and taking the payment.

However, by 2pm Friday afternoon, having not received any tracking information, I decided to ring them and they advised there had been some sort of error and the laptop had not been dispatched. They then promised to deliver it Saturday morning and my mum wasted all Saturday morning waiting for this delivery when nothing came! I then spoke to them on Saturday afternoon and again they advised that it had not been dispatched!
They assured us that it would be dispatched on Monday but as nobody would be at my house, the delivery address was changed to my dad's work address. I then rang on the Monday to make sure it had been dispatched and that they had the altered address. They confirmed that it had been dispatched to the altered address.
On Tuesday it arrived, but you'll never guess where, at the wrong address. Luckily they caught someone at the house.

Since the delivery, I have been ringing and emailing them for a refund on the next day delivery charge which actually took 5 days, but as of yet have had no reply and no refund.

I will NEVER use this company again and will not recommend them to anyone!!

Now I'm going to have to ask my credit card company to obtain the refund on my behalf.

So overall, AWFUL service, never ever buy anything from here!!! I don't even want to give this company one star but looks like dooyoo says I have to!
