AVOID CCL AT ALL COSTS,I purchased a computer from them 3 months ago,it developed a fault 2 days after receiving it.Returned said laptop using there returns service and thats the last I have seen off it.
They do not reply to emails,phone calls or recorded letters.I have Trading standards on the case and they cannot get through to them.They have my money and my computer.No good having cheap products with no after sales service,like I say avoid at all costs
Better to pay a bit extra and get better service.

ordered an item on 26 Dec, which was shown as instock. Expected delivery Jan 4th. On the 6th I get email that item is out of stock and on order. They send it out on 13th when I was at work. Everything was fine when they were taking my money and up to the point where my hard drive failed a week after I made the purchase. I had a deluge of Argumentative customer services employing the blame game, that is everybody else but themselves to blame. I still havent resolved the issue after many promises and denials 4 months later. This is over £40. I have now gone to Ebuyer and believe me this is a refreshing change from what I experienced at CCL. Avoid like the Plague!!!!!!!!!!

CCL computers are a disgrace. How they can be online retailer of the year is a mystery. They took my money but the goods 3 weeks later have not been sent. They do not respond to e mails. I have asked Google Checkout for their help but CCL have not answered them either. Although they may be cheaper than other retailers do yourself a favour a pay the extra elsewhere as if like me its been a very expensive mistake to use CCL

Terrible service, no response from emails after 3 weeks, unable to get anyone to answer the Cust Service line, waiting on hold for up to 45 minutes. When I tried the Sales line that was answered in about 10 minutes, but they, of course, couldn't help me and I would have to ring the CS line again. Clearly very interested until they get your money...
Do yourselves a favour and go to ebuyer.

How on earth this company got to be retailer of the year three years running is an absolute mystery.

I have had the worst experience ever and will definitely not be going back.

If you are thinking of buying from CCL Online think very, very carefully!! The concept sounds good but the practicality is something very different. If ordering over the phone you can expect to wait an inordinate amount of time the reason being that their customer service is appauling. If you do have reason to return any goods be prepared, the technical support staff are: Arrogant, Un-cooperative, Un-knowledgeable (although they would like to think otherwise) and, not to blame for any product having the massive mis-fortune to fail after you had the impudence to buy it the day before. There are numerous companies out there that can offer much better customer service at the same, or even in some case less price. I have used CCL for a few years and have witnessed them slowly going downhill, and I have made my last purchase from them. Never Again!!!!!!!!

This used to be a great store but lately they never have much stock and 'next day delivery' usually takes about 3 days.

We ordered a pre-built system from CCL, it arrived the next day and lasted 2 weeks before the hard drive failed. I bought a laptop from cclonline last week. It was the first time that I'd bought from them.
Found the service to be excellent - placed my order Thursday lunchtime and got an automated e-mail straight away, saying that my order had been rec'd. Got another e-mail from them within 2 hours, to say that my credit card payment had been accepted and a final text message on my mobile, at about 10.30pm that evening, to say my order had been despached. My laptop arrived Friday morning at 11am.
I'm very impressed with their service and will definately buy from them again.

I've purchased 3 desktop PCs from CCL over a number of years, and on every occasion have had to return the machine to base for repair before I could start using it. Good prices, but I didn't get the item I ordered the day after I ordered it. I placed the order at 3pm on a Tuesday, but it was not despatched from CCL until the next day. Everything from RAM to HDDs, monitors, keyboards to even full systems. Infact that is the first place i am going to look for my new laptop.
