ODER A DELL PUTOR ON MARCH 21, 2002 AND WAITED AND WAITED. NOTHING EVER CAME. CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD ON SAME DAY THAT I ORDER IT. JUST NOW GOT THE CREDIT ON MY CARD TODAY. LOST MY ODER NO ONE EVER CALLED TO INFORM ME. I HAD TO PLAY THE PHONE TAG GAME TO FIND OUT WHAT WAS GOING ON. SALLY SAID OH WE WOULD OF FOUND OUT IN A FEW MONTHS WE OWED THIS $2,300 TO YOU.

First of all, hiya and welcome.

Secondl y, some tips. Sorry for the NU rating, there was some terrible consistant spelling errors in your op. You appear to have omitted the odd word here and there and to be honest, I didn't really understand what you were talking about.

Also, please do not write in capital letters as it makes your ops harder to read! And who's Sally? LOL

Try reading (and rating) a few of the ops around the site to give you a better idea of how to construct one yourself - it's also worth noting that a great deal of us pre-write our ops in 'word' and cut and paste them directly to DooYoo!

As for Dell, I've just had a very similar experience with them. They're the computer retailers from Hell.
