Eclipse Computers - Sussex

i have been emailing for two weeks and no respond, Haywood Heath one i mean - Advantages: Prices are ok - Disadvantages: No after service, bad communication, you never get full refund

I used to buy a lot of computer products through mail order, and a number of things I bought were from Eclipse Computers in Coventry. I found them to be awful at customer service, and delivery of items. About two years ago a shop opened near me in Haywards Heath called Eclipse Computers, and I thought they were a division of the one in Coventry. My friends started to recommend them, and after a while I went in, only to discover that they are an independent company, and they offer online ordering at a better price than the one in Coventry, and incredibly good service. I had to go offline recently due to loss of computer. You know what thats like very inconvenient,and you lose contact with people. I found my local shop called Eclipse Computers, and realized they had an Internet Cafe section. The staff were very polite and helpful as I am a bit slow at typing and having M.E. often slow in thinking but their helpfulness overcame that ,also they had a printing facility so you could print from the computer you are using ,the printer is located on the other side of the room. When I decided to upgrade my computer, I was on a tight budget, so for a long time I watched adverts to see what prices were doing. All the time, Eclipse had the lowest prices. Eclipse has a wide range of hardware available, all at very reasonable prices. A very handy feature in their adverts was the motherboard list - each one is listed with all its features, maximum RAM/CPU, etc, which I very rarely see, considering the motherboard is probably the most important part! When I ordered the parts, I had a phone call 2 days later to tell me some prices had gone up, and some had gone down. That was fine by me - I ended up saving £10!
